I hired this company to clean the carpet for a listing I had coming to the market. They did an excellent job cleaning the carpet and was very professional. I will definitely hire them again and recommend them.

Ernesto did a fantastic job removing the filth from a remodel from my sectional and area rug. I was cleaning in prep for a visitor and probably should have given an extra day as I didn't realize the dry time that would be required. I'm definitely glad I hired Spot Be Gone.

We had Rashaad Johnson, or RJ come and do our air filters for our student apartment. The apartment was in such bad quality but RJ was a life saver!! He not only did our air filters and vents he did our carpets and took care of pet stains. The carpets looked brand new and the air vents as well ( no more black mold/ dust on air vents). He made such a bad move in experience and horrible day and turned it around for the better! He was extremely thorough with his work and very polite! THANK YOU RASHAAD YOU ARE THE BEST!

After welcoming two puppies into our family in the last year, you can imagine the thrashing our carpets have recently taken. Rashaad Johnson was the Carpet Specialist sent to tackle the job. Rashaad is a very personable, professional, courteous, young man. He made me feel “at ease” from the moment of his arrival. He listened to me, asked the right questions, and wasn’t pushy in any way. It was a real pleasure speaking with him.

Not only does my carpet look and smell great, but it was done so quickly, too! Rashaad was able to clean three rooms, one set of stairs, and do the pet urine enzyme treatment all in about an hour.

I’ve had my carpets cleaned many times over the years, and I’ve always chosen a “Big Box” chain brand. However, I’ve never been “completely satisfied” with the service, price, and/or personnel. So, this time, I decided to try a local company with great reviews instead.
