Thank you Michael for taking a look at our property! We just had a massive amount of water coming in from our yard. And luckily it wasn't us that was leaking but didn't get charged for the look-see! I I appreciate your professionalism Texas Plumbing!

We had a backup in the bathrooms, they came out and fixed. Very professional. They noticed a major problem with the pipe at the drain out. So thought I might need further investigation. The repair guy had the owner call me and he sent his crew out to try and assess the problem. He worked with us and our insurance company to get the problem assessed so we could get our plumbing straightened out.
Appreciate all the patience and help Michael gave during this time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

These guys are great! They arrived early to the appointment, which was nice because it was a last minute emergency. They took care of the initial problem, but then noticed we also had a broken sewer pipe. They fixed it in just a few hours and worked with our home insurance seamlessly. I am so grateful for their work. I will definitely recommend them and work with them again.

We called TPR on a Saturday to clear a clogged line, found out the old pipes were split. By Monday Michael had his guys out starting trenches and by Tuesday evening we had brand new lines. These guys do great work, are super fast, and left the yard that had been dug up good as new. I would not hesitate to call them again and will gladly recommend them.

Texas Plumbing came out quickly when called for a leak repair in my Mother in Law's kitchen. She is elderly and was so helpful and respectful, she will not use anyone else. They made sure to explain everything they were doing and made her feel comfortable and confident. Her leak was repaired and the price was very affordable. Thank you Texas Plumbing.

Rarely do I write a review, but this was a no brainer! Michael and his team at Texas Plumbing Repair came to the rescue when we had an urgent need, fitting us in to their already full schedule. After fixing the first water heater, another unrelated problem arose the next week. Again, they went WAY above and beyond — getting parts replaced by the manufacturer for free even though they were technically out of warranty and coming right back out to get us up and running before a impending winter storm hit. We were brand new customers to them and they were working on equipment they didn’t install. The company that did install the equipment during construction told me that they would not service equipment after the first year — at all! Texas Plumbing pulled through and turned our frustration around. They could have taken advantage of our situation, but they didn’t. I recommend them without hesitation and hope you have the same experience we did!

I was very pleased with how quickly Texas Plumbing Repair responded to my plumbing emergency. They had a crew at my house within 15 minutes of my call and they contacted a restoration company for me to start the water remediation who was here within 2 hours.
The person I first spoke to from Texas Plumbing also checked back with me periodically during the day to see how things were going and to make sure I was being taken care of.
Good customer service is hard to find these days but Texas Plumbing knocked it out of the park with their customer service.
Very reasonable rates and they explained pricing before the work started.

Beyond happy with my choice of choosing Texas Plumbing Repair! Being new to Saginaw I had no idea who too call. I read their reviews and knew to call them right away. My sewer line was severally clogged they ran a camera gave me an estimate for the broken line I had and had it fixed within 24 hours! Being such a big repair I was shocked how quickly my system was up back too 100%. Thanks guys for helping me when I needed it most !

Our drain line was backing up and needed replacing. After calling around this was the only place that could even be here within the week and they were here same day. They quickly got my drain cleared and got me a quote on replacing the old sewer line due to its compromised integrity. As soon as we told them we were ready, there was a team knocking on my door at 8 am sharp the next morning to begin working. They stayed most of the evening until the job was complete. All 90 feet of my old drain dug up and replaced with beautiful new PVC all in a days work. I am grateful for the speed, efficiency, and professionalism Texas Plumbing Repair showed when dealing with my family’s personal emergency. Even after receiving payment they returned next morning 730 am sharp to be present for the city inspection. I highly recommend this company.

Texas Plumbing Repair was the only company willing to come out to address a hot water tank issue that was discovered late on a Sunday evening. They were helpful in a stressful situation and Michael was excellent in communicating with us.

I will be calling TPR again the next time I need any plumbing repairs done. Every aspect of doing business with them was 5 stars. "Scott" came in barely over an hour from my phone call. I have to give them five stars dealing with the septic is so stressful and he understood and I’m a redhead at that! my appointment got lost in the mix. The guys were super busy so the owner came out himself. He is very nice Accomplished what he was supposed to very quick. I appreciate him and his beautiful wife for making a trip Just so I could keep my appointment time I would definitely call them back again.

Called Texas Plumbing at 9pm and they sent Blake out at 9am the next morning. We live full time in a rv and all mobile rv services were booked until Monday. Blake assessed and fixed the plumbing issue (leaking pex hose) in a timely and professional manner. Supe nice guy! Will definitely call Texas Plumbing in the future for all Plumbing needs.

Texas Plumbing Repair is great. They got back to me very quickly, every time I contacted them. They got to our home, to make the necessary repair the next day, even though it was not an emergency, and I called late in the afternoon. The work was done quickly as well. They provided pictures of the leak before and after the repair. The cost was reasonable. The workers were professional and courteous. TPR just completely redid my plumbing system, house to sewer line. Michael himself came out on a Sunday to give us a quote. Michael was upfront and honest with the pricing, with an unbeatable warranty. There were no hidden costs and the pricing was clear. They were very fast and efficient, the whole job taking two days. I experienced some major plumbing problems and called Texas Plumbing Repair 24/7. They responded right away, assessed the issue and made the repairs quickly and efficiently. They continued working with me through the entire process.

I bought my home a couple months ago, and unknowingly the inspector didn’t properly test the plumbing for the sewer. So you know after a little bit of living in it, a smell started appearing underneath the house and to my surprise not only was one of my cleanouts plum full, but the other clean out under the house was improperly capped and draining sewage underneath my house (mobile home.). I called TPR and Mr. Tristan came out same day within two hours (on a SUNDAY) and attempted to snake my sewer line through the cleanout, to find that the cleanout was broke off and not properly repaired by prior plumber/handyman/company all the while finding other damage, quoted me a fair competitive price and helped me out exponentially. Next day the entire line from the house to the city tie in was replaced with quality work without leaving a mess while remaining swift. I didn’t even need to be home and Mr. Tristan worked with me over the phone to keep me updated with pictures and perform the payment transaction. Quality repair and Professional Customer Service!
