He arrived at the scheduled time. Pleasant, friendly demeanor. Determined refrigerator problem and installed new parts.

Ricky arrived in the morning and diagnosed the problem - compressor. He had one with him so we didn't need to order parts and wait for delivery. Refrigerator is now cooling!

Ricky did his best to try and fix our refrigerator. It was not able to be fixed due to manufacturing flaws. He and his apprentice were very professional and personable.
