I had Dylan with Mr Chill Cooling & Heating Services come out to the house and to a complete install of a whole new unit in the house. Ran all new duct work, installed the air handler and outside unit. Dylan does incredible work and his price is great for his work. Mr Chill is top notch! He expertly maintained, cleaned, and enhanced my 3 Daikin fit systems. He’s chill, confident, and has a sense of humor. He fixed something that other companies couldn’t. I feel confident, comfortable, and well taken care of. He used to work with another company and was awesome there too. His technical skill is soo impressive. He makes drain lines and external supply nice and neat. Soo good, in fact, I stop to look when I pass by. Man, I can’t recommend you enough!

Dillon was very friendly and professional. He got right to checking our system to determine why it was not cooling. Explanation was very clear and system was cooling again in short time. His knowledge and experience were very evident and appreciated.

We called Mr. Chill last week after our garage mini split stopped cooling and our former heating and air company told us they don’t service mini splits . Dylan came out the following day to diagnose the issue and gave us a few options for repair. The system was originally installed by a contractor when we purchased our house in 2019 and they didn’t do a very good job. Since we were having the repairs done, it made sense to go ahead and have the lines replaced, covered and the unit mounted on a better stand.

The AC is ice cold and the outside install looks great! Dylan and Vivian are the nicest people and very knowledgeable. So happy we found Mr. Chill! Highly recommend contacting them if you you’re in need of heating and air services. 🙂

Recently I had Mr Chill Cooling and Heating out to do a check on my HVAC unit. Scheduling an appointment was easy. At my convenience, Efrain came out and did an excellent job. He checked and cleaned all parts of the unit in the attic and the outside. One part was going out and he explained, in detail, what it did, what would happen when it went out, and options for replacing it when I was ready. Efrain was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. He took his time and did a fantastic job. Again, he provided details on what he was doing and why. The price was much lower than I anticipated. From this point on, I will contact Mr Chill for all HVAC and heating issues.

Originally scheduled for 2 days, then availability changed and they showed up next day instead. Diagnosed, fix the issue, cleaned up, and tested multiple times before leaving. Highly recommend!

My evaporated coil broke on my unit. Dylan was very thorough on his inspection and provided excellent explanations on the issue and how to fix it. His technician came on a Saturday and replaced the coil. Both were very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them to anyone needing cooling and heating services!!
