Came onto the shop to find a valve for my shower. The valve was from a shower facest that was from the 70s. They didn't stock the part anymore. The salesman gave me the address, phone number, and directions to another near by plumbing shop that he said would be the only place in town that might have one. Turns out the other shop did have one. Thanks for being helpful to someone even though you wasn't making a sale. You don't find that much anymore.
