I'm quite impressed. In my experience with working with electricians on my house, they are all very professional and helpful. I will definitely use them again in the future if the need arises.

Great professional service, it was easy to make an appointment and there were two courtesy calls to remind us the electrician was on the way. The electrician who came out, knows his stuff and he got the job done quickly and professionally. Highly recommended.

The technician from Dawson Electric Company not only fixed all of my issues bet he followed up the next day to ensure we had connected with a resource that would fix a problem that was not even within his scope of work. Professional, articulate, responsive and knowledgeable.

I can’t thank them enough. After I contacted them showed up within half an hr. They understood the urgency of my situation, came home and fixed the issue. The price was very reasonable. I have already added them in my speed dial. Definitely work with them to fix your electrical issues.

Dawson Electric Company have done a great job of installing pot lights in our kitchen, family and living/dining rooms besides additional wiring to our dish washer and lights in other areas of the house. Mike kept to his word and timelines as promised. We would highly recommend them to our family and friends.

Heard about Dawson Electric Company through a former employer and gave him a call to do some work on a commercial property I manage. We discussed the repair, upgrades, and changes to the system to make it better. We seemed to be on the same page on everything. I had to call that afternoon to tell him how pleased I was with everything . Got me a new electrician ! I will not hesitate to contact him in the future, and will definitely refer him to others. I really appreciated the professional service from their technician. He installed an LED light fixture in my renovated bedroom quickly. He arrived on time, was extremely well informed, and the price was reasonable. Dawson Electric Company are the only guys I would ever call! They quickly diagnosed the problem, explained the solution clearly and completed the work with great attention to detail. The pricing was fair and I appreciated their honesty and reliability. This company was very pricey just to come out and give an estimate. When I tried to decline the service call, they tried selling me on a membership plan that I stated I was not interested in.

Called to set up an appointment and paid to join their “priority” membership and they were supposed to be here in between 3 and 6 and they never came… called and asked when they would come and he said I don’t know what day we can help you… I asked for a refund and he said I can’t do that until tomorrow… I asked is the billing department closed he said yes I asked what time does it close and he said 8pm it was 540pm as I was talking to him… I said it’s not 8 yet can you transfer me.. he laughed and said no… I just called the credit card company and filed a charge back on them so they pay the fee… terrible customer service would never recommend it to ANYONE.

They were supposed to arrive by 3, so I called at 230 to make sure we were good, to which they said yes. Well 730 rolls around and still no communication, so I call again. I ask if I'm still on the schedule, and the guy proceeds to tell me yes, but we're not coming.
Just communicate people, I could've at least called someone else to help address my issue.

I went with this place based off all 5 star reviews. I should have gone with a “big name company”. It makes you wonder if they can screen their reviews, let’s see if this one shows up.

We needed a breaker swapped out and the total charge was $660 to perform this- way too expensive. The main reasons for the 1 star review are:
- we were never given an explanation of exactly what was going to be done with a price estimate.
- after completing the job, he didn’t show/explain what he did.
- he said he would email us an itemized receipt when he got back to the office...still haven’t received.

I just got off the phone with a customer service representative and he said there is nothing they can do- sorry.

*THIS PLACE IS A LITERAL SCAM! *You call this place and they tell you about this membership that you can get for 149 which allows you to use them for a whole year. All their raving reviews are bots, one is even a person using the chef Carla Hall's photo as a reviewer. I drove to the actual address and it is a wooded field. The business park has no DAWSON Electric there. Luckily, my bank blocked the transaction because it was suspicious. We called another one named Thompson Electric and it was the same guy who answered the phone at Dawson. DO NOT USE THEM. I have reported them to Google but I needed to share this because all the bot reviews block the legitimate reviews saying they took their money but never showed up.

This place is a scam. Called and made an appointment was charged 99 dollars for the appointment. Electrician called a couple hours later and said there is an additional service fee charge of 199. Just to have someone come out and look at my electrical panel. What a joke!!

Called and got an appointment for the same day. No one showed, although the technician never called to confirm either. Called again to give them another shot a few days later. Once again I was told the technician would call and confirm. That did not occur, as expected. Then the technician called and said he was on his way, but I told him I was across the metro and unable to be there in 10 minutes but if he had called and set the appointment, I would have confirmed my availability. Eventually he shows up, no identification that he is with Dawson Electric, nothing on his vehicle, no business card, he said “I don’t do that”, which was super weird. The man basically stepped three steps into my home, made it clear they were overpriced and I said I was not going to use his services. I just had a bad feeling in my gut that he was sketchy. I don’t usually get that feeling. I was thankful I had folks installing installation and I was not home alone. I just didn’t feel safe. The whole thing was super weird. Never heard from them again except to get charged a $99 service fee. Would not ever call them again.

I do not know how this company has such a high rating. Appointment was scheduled today between 11 - 2 and the technician even confirmed via text this morning. About 1:30 we called, were told we still had an appointment and the technician would be contacted. At 2:10 still no one showed up so we called again. Were told they would call back in 20 minutes if no one showed up. Twenty minutes later, no technician and no phone call. We cancelled, called Peerless Electric and had a technician at our door in 20 minutes. Never again would I even consider calling Dawson Electric. No one even apologized until we called to cancel.
