Carlos is prompt, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. He did a great job on installing my new systems. I would recommend him to anyone needing a/c repair or replacement.

I could not recommend this company enough, our a/c stopped blowing cold the morning of 7/25, it got up to a whopping 89°! I called this company, this one being the 5th call, four other companies told me they could be at my house until the morning (to no fault of their own). But I'm so very glad these were the guys able to work on our unit, a father and son duo at that. Carlos, the owner, was extremely professional and did not give me the run around. Just like any other customer, I expected to try and be sold some unnecessary work and product. He went through and told me exactly what was wrong and was able to fix the issue at an incredibly reasonable price. Highly, highly recommend. 10/10!!

Air conditioning Alliance should be the standard for all A/C companies. Carlos went above and beyond what was asked and he provided excellent customer service on what was supposed to be his days off. I cannot thank him nor his company off for the great work they did on our A/C system. Not to mention, he did not price gouge us or try to sell us extra services or products. All in all and in every way I recommend this company to anyone in the North Fort Worth area!

My house is nice and cool now! As soon as we called in I got a confirmation text and when they were on their way I got a reminder. Carlos and his team were professional, organized, and communicative. They let me watch the entire process and explained what they were doing as they were working. I felt like I knew exactly what was happening and I understood the value I was paying for. They also shared some education on maintenance since I'm a new home owner.

I was thrilled to find they had availability that matched my availability. Carlos even made suggestions for making routine maintenance tasks easier. I felt pricing was fair. They also cleaned my outside unit and offered to change my filter. I had just changed it, but they still checked it out.

I signed up for their maintenance program. Hopefully, having a twice a year check up will prevent emergency service on a 100+ degree day.

Carlos is great! Knows his stuff but doesn’t come across as a know it all. Very quick response. Very thorough as well. we will have our maintenance plan with them from now on very happy! First time we had a tune up and was told everything looks good! No extra upsells

I am beyond grateful and impressed by these guys. I’ve tried so many companies in the past that refused to be honest and transparent but I have been saved. My air conditioner wasn’t blowing air or cooling down. These guys came and fixed it. It was a long job and I needed a coil replacement. Carlos got the pieces, came back, installed it and when he says it’s fixed…baby. It’s fixed. He took his time, both fixers wore shoe covers, cleaned up their mess and left me with cold air and a smile. Don’t sleep on these guys! They’re the best!

I called Carlos for a routine service. He was responsive, punctual and has excellent communication. He was able to get our Wi-Fi thermostat working properly after 7 years and many attempts and phone calls to the installer and manufacturer. I appreciate his attention to detail and persistence! I got back from vacation to find out my AC wasn't working and needed replacement. I called a couple places but I felt that going with Air Conditioning Alliance was the best choice for my needs. Carlos came by, was honest, and kindly explained everything to me to where I knew what I was getting into. He was able to set up an installation date that was very soon afterwards and he and his crew showed up on time and worked the whole time removing and installing a new AC system for me. The entire they were there, Carlos and his crew were extremely kind and respectful. It's been a week and the new system and installation work that Carlos and his team did are working great. I'm definitely going to recommend these guys to anyone with AC issues.

I noticed water dripping outside and realized that things were clogged. I called Carlos and he was here the very next day. Not only did he clear the clogged drain he check our complete air conditioner system and has it running smoothly and cooling us nicely. This man, Carlos is just amazing! Polite, knowledgeable, timely and well just great! If I could give him 10 stars I would. Thank you Carlos for taking care of this old lady so quickly.

Carlos I felt went above and beyond. Great service. Described recommendation, what he would do and cost. Our A/C compressor had failed on a Carrier unit with warranty expired the month before, and with triple digit temperatures in North Texas, there was not many options to get repairs completed in a timely manner. I researched some replacement compressors and decided to spend an extra thousand to replace and recieve a better warranty on a complete outdoor unit. After speaking with a couple of other repair businesses, Carlos obtained a replacement, had the unit up and running the next morning at a competitive cost. I may note that my wife is retired, I have a job that keeps me active, so we have been through many ups and downs with businesses there to make a profit. Highly recommend Air Conditioning Alliance.

Carlos was able to come in a short notice and was able to pin point and fix our ACs on the same day. Carlos is my permanent contact for any AC related issues.
