Very pleased with On Point Plumbing. We had a leak post- foundation work and they have been so professional and helpful. From the front office staff, to the actual repair we are grateful to have help during an otherwise stressful situation. On Point plumbing came out on the day I called them. All communications were informative and Don was very helpful. He worked tirelessly in the rain to get the job done in a timely and professional manner. He explained in detail what could be wrong with the system and gave me quotes for the total prior to doing the work. He was very personable and the pricing was reasonable.

I had an issue with my hot water heater. It would not stay lit. Don came, assessed the situation, determined that the gas control unit needed to be replaced. Don was very diligent to find the correct parts; he had to drive a significant distance to get them. I appreciate his diligent work to get this issue resolved.

Clinton was super responsive, friendly and professional. Performed the analysis, estimate and repairs all in 1 afternoon. Very professional.

I called for a replacement shut off valve by the house on Monday, Don S. came over and quoted the service on Tuesday morning, then was back on Wednesday morning to do the work (after approving the quote online).
