I chose this company years ago for the remodeling on my condo. They did a splendid job basically gutting the downstairs. I got an all new kitchen and cabinets and floors.

This year I was a victim of the Braes Bayou flood. So I called Legal Eagle again. Turns out they are experts at flood restoration too.

It took a couple of months between drying, ordering, construction, etc. to get it all done. And at the same time I decided to take advantage of their expertise. In addition to the restoration, I had them put in both a built-in entertainment center in the living room and a built-in desk in the living room. (I will try and post a picture or 2)

Their workers are terrific. Very skilled and never leave a mess. These people are highly recommended. Dan Bawden and Enrique Sifuentes are both great. They spent a great amount of time helping plan everything and they made sure I understood what was happening along the way.

I have been working with contractors, commercial and residential for 30 years. I do building code consulting and pull building permits. Dan epitomizes a great residential General Contractor. . Dan Bawden and his entire staff are awesome. From start to finish, truly professional, and care about the client.

Legal Eagle Contractors are nothing short of fantastic people. The first thing I look for in a company is great people and the ability/knowledge of what they offer. Dan Bawden and his people offer both. You will not be disappointed with them.

I have used, personally, and been aware of other peoples’ projects by Legal Eagle Contractors for several decades. These folks are the creme de la creme in the remodeling business. Of course, a top contractor should be expected to do great work, and they do - but the difference is communications and support in creating a plan that works for the homeowner. Legal Eagle Contractors has done several projects at my home, and I had a great experience every time. Most recently, they did interior repairs and painting, including fixing the sheetrock cracks and painting everything inside.
They also removed a leaking brick chimney, repaired the big hole, and replaced my whole roof including replacing my leaking skylights with new, good-quality ones that will not leak!
All the workmen were very good. They always told me what they were going to be doing next and were very careful to protect everything that they should, during the work. The work was finished earlier than we expected. I would recommend Legal Eagle to any friends who are thinking about remodeling!

Other than DIY projects, this is the first time I have remodeled any of my three homes. For the projects I planned, Legal Eagle Contractors was recommended by a trade organization. Dan Bawden came to the initial walkthrough well prepared, bringing lists of prior customer references, suppliers he recommended, issues I may encounter and how they'd be addressed, and warranties. During the walkthrough, he asked questions, listened to me, made suggestions about new products and ADA retrofit for aging-in-place possibilities. The final projects included major remodeling of the kitchen, master bath, and office, and all house flooring being replaced. The Project Manager Jordan kept me abreast of the daily/weekly work schedule, the Designer Sahra gave me her recommendations when asked, and minor warranty issues were addressed quickly. The trades people used were competent, friendly and courteous. I cannot recommend Legal Eagle Contractors highly enough. They are a very professional company.

We have been in business since 1987 doing commercial and residential landscaping. For over thirty years I have worked with quite a few general contractors, home builders, remodeling companies and architects. I rate Dan Bawden right at the top of integrity and honesty.
