Chris came out less than 15 minutes after I called him to look at my Washing machine that was off balance. Really nice man and reasonable pricing. :)

While I unfortunately found out that I need to completely replace my frdige, i do have to say that Chris was very professional, down to earth, responabke, honest, and and informative. If I have to get something repiared or looked at again I will definitely call him.

The repairman repaired my machine the right way, he did an awsome job on my machine. I was thinking of getting a new machine. For some years now i was so unhappy of how my machine washed. The last repair man sent out by samsung because it was on extended warrenty installed the wrong size rods and the machine tub sat really low, so the machine would only fill a bit of water because it would weigh the tub even lower, i told the new repair man i was really thinking of buying another machine that i had not really liked this one. But i decided to let him fix it, and told him this is the last time i will fix it, turns out he put the correct size rods and it works amazing i can now keep up with all my wash which i haden't been able for some years. Thank you for doing a great job. The tub sits up high now it fills up with more water now, washes much better.

Be aware that you may be connected directly to American Home Shield. I still gave a 5 star because apparently this man does good work and I don't want to take away from that but that's not what I wanted. Trying to stay local and deal with a specific person or business not a corporation. Have had issues w/ AHS in the past.

Awesome guy and excellent service!! Chris was on time and replaced the bearings in my maytag washing machine. Machine is running like it's new again. Would definitely recommend his services to everyone.

Chris came out today fixed my dryer. Not only did he fix it, he gave me some advice on how what to do to avoid the lint build-up for my dryer, as I live in an apartment.

I was not home, but my mother was. She sang his praises about how nice and courteous he was.

He was fantastic! Came out so fast, was friendly and got us what we needed! I thought it would cost an arm and a leg to fix our washer and it didn't! I will defiantly be recommending him in the future!
Ps- I called again 5 years later and STILL give him 5 stars! He was at my house to check out my fridge within 30 minutes and when he gave me the bad news that it was most cost effective to replace it, he didn't even charge me! Now thats customer service!!!!

Chris has been out a few times to our house. He is upfront about costs, fair, and reliable. He ran a cycle on our washing machine to try to diagnose the problem and while he sat there listening to certain parts of the cycle, he was so patient as he answered all of my questions about all the appliances in my house. I would recommend Benbrook Appliance Repair to everyone.

Chris was super reasonable and very helpful. Came out as soon as he could and fixed our LG washing machine. He was very up front and honest about the whole process and we were very happy with the price and service. Would recommend him to anyone with appliance repair needs!
