Cameron was professional, courteous and kept in touch with me regarding my appointment. He arrived at my scheduled time and discussed my situation in terms easily understood.
I'm pleased with my experience and will be using Fluid Mechanix in the future and will gladly refer his services.

Cameron installed a hands free faucet in my kitchen. I was in need of quick service because my old faucet was leaking and could no longer be used. I was so appreciative that Cameron was able to come to the house quickly after contacting him to do the install. He communicated what was needed and the cost of the install which was very reasonable. He is very professional, friendly, and I highly recommend. He is my go-to for all my plumbing needs.

Cameron was quick to respond and certainly eased my concerns. I like supporting Helotes businesses but even if not in Helotes, I'd recommend over and over.

Cameron came this morning and fixed a worn cartridge. Very timely and professional. Will be my go to plumbing company for both houses. Great job!!!!!

Cameron was great. He showed up on time and was prepared with all the materials he needed. He was respectful to my wife and presented himself professionally and honestly. I highly recommend Fluid Mechanix and Cameron.

The plumber (Cameron) was profesional and arrived within the time frame they established. They were courteous and wore shoe covers when entering the home. I explained what we needed and he quickly assesed what needed to be done. The resulting work was tidy and done well with good visibly good workmanship. He also acknowledge my concern about the way I prefered the hose installed/positioned.

The only negative was the cost. It was $598 to replace two "push/pull " type shut off valves with knobs (one near the toilet and one under the sink). the work was completed in roughly an hour. I would rate the difficulty level as "moderate" and the parts cost as (at MOST about $100 ?), which leaves the labor cost at $498 for an hour which also included shutting off the water for the house and a quick conection of a bidet line. Whether the cost is also reflective of the neighborhood we live in is unknown.

Despite this, he was available the soonest of any other plumber we called and, as I mentioned, very profesional and poilte, which itself is worth its weight in gold (and at least 5 stars) these days. His work also carried with it a guarantee of 1 year for parts and labor. I would use him again though the cost might make me consider rethinking how much plumbing work I am willing to do myself.

On a cold early morning, we woke up to a brake at our water main. We reached out to Cameron as he was highly recommended to us from our neighbor. He was timely, professional and knowledgeable about the fix. We are happy with his work and will definitely refer him to our friends. Thank you Cameron!

My husband and I changed a cartridge in the kitchen faucet which led to a slow water leak under the kitchen cabinet. I called Pawsome Plumbing that afternoon and he came on time the following morning. He was up front with the total cost of the job and did an awesome job fixing it. I highly recommend Pawsome Plumbing.

They quoted me a time and price, and they were right on for both of them. They were able to replace my water heater within 2 days. Service was 5 stars.

My tankless water heater started leaking internally so I called 5 different companies and got quotes from all of them for about $5000 to remove and replace my water heater. Except from pawsome plumbing which gave me the best deal by far. They quoted me under $2000 and was able to get parts and replace it by the next day. Cameron came out and He was very quick very knowledgeable and very professional. Will definitely use them again.

Our plumbing problem was very quickly addressed by Pawsome Plumbing. Cameron came out the next day, assessed the problem, and quickly and efficiently took care of it for a very reasonable price. He was personable as well as knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with. Although our leaking toilet was not a large issue, the way in which Cameron handled it demonstrated that we could trust him to be honest and fair in dealing with any larger problems that might arise in the future. I would whole-heartedly recommend Pawsome Plumbing to anyone needing help with plumbing issues.

Absolutely nothing worse than having to call a plumber for much of anything...no offense to the trade but they just aren't fun to call...Cameron expeditiously diagnosed and repaired 3 leaks in our irrigation system but also was able to find that one of our toilets was silently running and helped alleviate that to. Stand up guy with fair prices and solid work.
