We called them to do a "post construction" cleaning of the floors and bathrooms before we moved into our "new to us" home.

One sister came out to quote the job. We agreed to the price and the job was scheduled for the next Sunday.

Another sister and her husband arrived to do the job. They arrived and he needed to go back out and get the "equipment" to clean the floors!

They did a TERRIBLE job and then they sent an invoice for more money than we were quoted!
