Very impressed with Ferguson! My plumber put in an online order and I called in to make payment. They were extremely helpful and delivered in less than 24 hours to my porch! Free! Amazing. I received a morning text on delivery date and the delivery driver, Fred, called ahead to make sure he would come to the correct entrance. He was so respectful, quick, and friendly. Looking forward to using them again.

I went to return parts with my Father and this guy Jaime was being a pain saying if you don't know how to fix something call a plumber just return the parts and do your job buddy

Truckers if you come here around closing time, expect to stay all night for them to decide what to load.
Drivers been here for 3+ hrs

Hi everyone. I'd like to share my experience. Everything takes a long time and is disorganized. You have to sit for ages waiting for travel documents. Flatbed trailer. Be careful! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Picked up a load from port of NJ on Wednesday didn’t get out the port till almost 4pm EST drove here fast as possible to be informed they only receive till noon. I got here around 4:30pm CST mind you it’s 5:30 now and still see forklifts driving around.
I only have two pieces of pipe on here.
