All reviews for Five Star Tree Pros

I am very pleased with the service we received on our demolition project. JRP made everything simple. They took care of everything including the application for the necessary city permits. They were very knowledgeable in that they knew what would be needed to complete the project, and they finished the job in a timely manner. After the job was complete, the plot of land where the house once stood was completely cleaned off. All company representatives including the project coordinator were courteous and helpful. I would definitely recommend JRP Demolition for Demolition needs.

I am so happy with the service I got from Five Star Tree Pros. They are hardworking and professional. The price was very competitive as well. I will definitely recommend them to my friends in the future!

This company(Chris) came back right away when we sent them two pictures of the tree roots that they were supposed to remove. The 1st thing I would like to say is that they have "responsibility". This is a good sign unlike many other companies who do not come back after getting paid. Secondly, I watched the workers do their job cutting many of our trees and I would conclude that the employees were constantly in action moving fast and getting the job done and resting only in a minimal period of time. Overall, they did a great job and I would give a 5 star because of how fast, detailed, and professional they were for cutting the trees and doing the stump grinding.

🌳 Another excellent service from Fidel and his whole team! 👏
Rafael, Anthony, Ossel and Yael did a fantastic job efficiently trimming our oak tree and cleaning up all the debris.
After our initial consult with Fidel, we met with him again the morning of to review any major limb removal, and Rafael helped us with questions we had during the tree trimming/shaping process. They were patient and helpful with all of our concerns.(It genuinely is an art— you definitely need guys who know what they’re doing so the tree looks balanced and doesn’t have big holes.) We are so very pleased—they really did a great job! We’ve used them many times and continue to highly recommend their services!

This company was recommended to me by my sister. I used them to prune my oak trees in my front yard. They made my trees look wonderful!

They were quick to respond to my quote request. They came out the next day to trim and left my yard spotless! Definitely would recommend them to family and friends.

Great and painless experience! Chris was professional and made sure I was satisfied with the work. We will definitely call him for future needs. Great price for great service. Highly recommend.

From start to finish my experience with this crew was incredible. I cannot say enough good things about Five Star. Courteous, professional, thorough and honest. Initially, I had just hired them for small bush removal, but after my initial experience with them I used them to bring my front yard back to life. I would highly recommend these guys. 10/10 all around!

Great from start to finish. Immediately after requesting a qoute chris contacted me. Came out same day on a Saturday. Gave me quote and crew were out that Tuesday following. Everything chris promised was done. Highly satisfied would recommend to anyone.

The years of experience, professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction with this group is apparent from the moment they provide a quote through the end of the project. Chris took his time to explain the job and coordinated with my tenants. He checked in during the work and provided photos when I couldn’t be on site. The 5 star team has done both commercial and residential projects for me. They are honest and very affordable in comparison to other companies that try to up charge me. Highly recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of engaging with Chris for a tree trimming service, and I must say, the experience exceeded my expectations in every aspect. From the initial consultation to the completion of the job, Chris showcased exemplary professionalism and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. In conclusion, I cannot recommend Chris and his tree trimming service highly enough. Not only did he deliver outstanding results in terms of the tree trimming itself, but he also provided a customer-centric experience that was second to none. If you're in need of tree trimming services and exceptional customer service, look no further than Five Star Tree Pros.

damage on time perfect clean

This is the absolute best tree service in the Houston area! Maybe it’s just me, but lately I’ve been having a hard time finding a tree service that will stop by my house to give me an estimate. Five Star Tree Pros was easy to book an appointment with and they showed up on time ready to earn my business. Chris was extremely helpful and professional. He made sure he understood my needs and then explained everything they do in great detail. He also gave me a fair price. I was able to schedule next day service. When the weather forecast changed to heavy rain, I was impressed to get a text letting me know in advance that my tree pruning needed to be postponed for a day. I’m used to dealing with companies that let you know they’re not coming by not showing up. Five Star Tree Pros was a refreshing break from that. The crew that was assigned to me did OUTSTANDING work on my trees! They cut all of the limbs I asked them to cut, and then thinned out the remaining limbs to allow maximum sunlight to pass through for my lawn. The crew was meticulous in every way and took tremendous pride in their work. I cannot recommend Five Star Tree Pros enough!

They work safe fast and clean. The best price i had quoted to me. My tree was totally transformed into a whole better looking tree. I love the job they did!!
