Mr. Hector Loya, was very honest person, I extremely recommend his services to any one with this kind of issues with appliances.

Mr. Loya and associates are the best for AC and fixing large appliances such as washers and dryers. My family has been doing business with them for a while now and would recommend them!

This person was completely unprofessional and untrustworthy. The AC unit he installed (which was very expensove) stopped working 1 month after I got it. He told me it had a one year warranty, so after calling and calling and him dodging me for a month He finally decided to come to my house to see the issue. He rang the doorbell, waited 60 seconds, and was gone within 3 minutes by the time i Opened the door he was gone. Then after calling and calling again, he yells at me on the phone and says he decided the unit doesnt have a warranty anymore and hang up. Please save your money and your time Ive been without AC for more than a month and am out hundreds of dollars because of this man and his horrible services.
