I am so impressed with Mend Services. My home is experiencing a mold issue that has began to spread throughout my home. David Moncada came out to simply consult the issue with me, charging me nothing. During the consultation, David went the extra mile not only listening to my situation and "consulting" but asked to go into the attic to look for visible signs of how the AC unit was working. He showed and taught me many things of how my unit worked and how mold shows up. He then went even further by opening the unit in multiple places (places that had never been opened and tightly sealed since we purchased the home). Just opening the unit alone took a considerable amount of time. He wanted to simply take a look at "something."

After he found where the mold was showing up additionally, he showed me through the pictures he took from the super tight space. I was simply amazed and surprised with the amount of work and effort he provided for a "consultation." This was straight up work, and he wasn't leaving until he was satisfied!

David made me feel very valued. His 20+ years in the business truly demonstrates his expertise, was extremely passionate about his work, and is just a really cool guy that talks very "a matter-of-factly!" He provided me some next steps to take and how the process works. He didn't try to sell me anything, our pressure me to make any decision prematurely, most of all, he spoke highly of Mend Services without overselling the business. That's how its done!

Mend Services has an amazing public serviceman in David! I look forward to working them in the future, especially knowing that David would be overseeing the work when the time comes. Thanks David...I am so grateful you came out today and will be reaching back out soon!

Mend has come to my house a couple times for plumbing and electrical. I really appreciated their profession and FAST service. I know they are going to do good work and back up what they say. Thank you.

Daniel was on time and professional. He found the issue and fixed it and then figured out an airflow issue into one of the rooms! Highly recommend!

I need to shout out to MEND Services again, especially to thank them for the knowledge, professionalism, kindness and skill sets of their plumber Mark Akers. He is an a master class of his own and they’re lucky to have him as part of their team.
I discovered that a few small drips in a pair of our children’s showers, needed far more attention than just replacing the valve cartridges, but on a Sunday morning Mark happily drove the hour out to help assess and fix. After hearing we needed to tear into the tile, that shock quickly wore off as I watched the man work his magic, removing and replacing both faulty valves of the back-to-back showers, through a single 12” hole from 1 shower side only. Impressive. He kept us informed and everything tidy, and remained cool as we drove from one Depot to another locating the necessary fittings. Thanks for sacrificing one of your few days off to save ours.. Awesome work Mark! Thanks so much!! Jon S

Nick has been to our house multiple times for various electrical issues and always does a great job. Most recently he rewired some outdoor lights and indoor plug so they weren’t all tied to the same switch. He also added power to a new storage unit. Nick’s work is thorough and detailed. I would recommend Mend to anyone looking for an electrician

Charlie Boyd has been our go to electrician for over 4 years now. Reliable fast and always a fair price. If I could guarantee to any business owners it would be that you’ll be satisfied with the work that he and his team deliver. A lot of my projects have come to life because of their help.

Mark Akers was an our plumber. He was super thorough and informative. As a bonus he was very personable and easy to talk to.

JW can by to do an semi annual checkup on our HVAC system. He was very professional and provided some recommendations on how to make our system more efficient. Would definitely use hire them again!

Mend and the plumber, Mark, came out today and replaced our toilet. It was easy, Mark was nice, and the service was great.

Our hot water heater went out and Elaine was super great at getting us scheduled quick! We also decided to have it relocated. They were able to come out the next day. Mark and Tim were our plumbers - super friendly and left things super tidy (the garage was cleaner when they left than when they got here!). Brandyn was super quick with the electrical work. I was impressed with how fast everything got done. We are Menders for life!

Daniel did an outstanding job with fixing our AC. He got it fixed really quick and was great about explaining what needed to be done and why. I definitely hope our rental company hires them again if anything else is ever needed.
