This company deserves a five star review! We have two units in our house and when one of them went down, they were out literally within the hour. They did not try to upsell and gave us two separate options. The work was done within 48 hours and was very competitive (we checked). Blake Landon is the general manager and he personally came out twice to complete the job. In addition, he fixed an issue with our second unit. He is knowledgeable, pleasant, and extremely reliable.

I’ve had the pleasure of networking with Aaron Mudry from One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning through local community events and business groups, and I’m always impressed by his professionalism, integrity, and genuine passion for helping people stay comfortable in their homes. He’s knowledgeable, dependable, and truly cares about customer satisfaction. If you’re looking for an HVAC company that shows up on time, stands behind their work, and treats you with respect, call One Hour! I give them 5 stars!!!!

Came back and did a checkup on my unit today. Everything operating normally . So appreciate the attention to detail and I only have high praises for One Hour AC.

Wow! So impressed! Mt AC went out late at night- I was able to call and get an answer straight away. They gave me an appointment first thing in the morning at 8 AM. They knew right away what was wrong and gave me the option to do a quick fix or two have a bundle that would help my old system last a little longer. It was a no-brainer And the price was spot on. House is cool again and I’m very grateful. Thank you all for an amazing experience.

I returned home on Friday to descocer my air conditioner wasn’t working and it was 93 degrees in the house.i called several companies but One Hour was the only company that had a person available to answer my call. They offered to send someone out that night but because it was getting late I asked them to come the next day. They came out on a Saturday, first thing in the morning. They diagnosed my problems without causing undue concern. After discussing my options, I decided to replace my old system. I was impressed with the turn around time and that they did two quality assurance checks on the system. Their price was reasonable. They didn’t try to upsell me. My new system is much quieter and more energy efficient. The sales and service people answered all my questions and kept me informed at all steps during the process. I would definitely recommend them.

Joseph is great to work with. Knows his stuff and set us up on a maintenance plan for the commercial space to monitor the entire system as well as rooftop filter changes. They make it easy and worry free so you can focus your time on the more important things in your life.

Daniel came out first thing in the morning and worked quickly, was clear about what needed fixing, and was VERY reasonable in price. Love that he’s local and makes us trust that we’re getting very reliable service.

Our AC went out and I called One Hour Heating and AC. They are the best. Aaron is our hero... but Blake showed up wearing the cape!!! He diagnosed the issue and we had cold air blowing in 10 minutes. Blake was so nice. I even signed up for the 2 inspections a year. I highly recommend One Hour Heating and AC. Thank you Aaron... and a BIG shout out to Blake!!!

Pedro called to let us know he was on his way. Very polite and asked if we wanted him to call or text or just knock when he arrived. He gave us an estimated time of arrival and was here on time. He explained what was wrong, how to maintain the system better and blew out of line that was clogged. We signed up for the maintenance plan. Highly recommend Pedro!

Richie from One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning was awesome. He came out to check my system and did a really thorough job from start to finish. The technician was super friendly, explained everything in a way that made sense, and walked me through a few different options without being pushy at all.

I really appreciated how detailed the checkup was—it felt like they genuinely cared about making sure everything was working the way it should. You don’t always get that kind of attention and honesty these days.

All around, just a great experience. I’ll definitely be calling them again if I need anything in the future, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC help.

Blake is great communicating what work is being done and being on time.
This repair was warranty work but treated it like a normal call in responding and completing the work

One hour was able to come out and quickly resolve my issue with low R22 refrigerant on my old 2005 trane unit. They topped me up with replacement refrigerant as R22 is no longer being produced.

Price was a little high but that is to be expected during Austin summer, so you’re paying for the speedy resolution, which these guys definitely did. From call to resolution was around an hour.

I will definitely get an estimate from them once my AC unit needs to be replaced in a few months, but I know I’ll get a great offer from them.

Blake was a real professional!

Condenser stopped working at 6pm. Blake responded to Lockhart and fixed it up. From the time I placed the call to the time he left my house was 51 minutes. This is the fastest service I’ve ever personally seen or heard of. Blake was professional and discounted the repair with their Hero’s program. “First responders take care of us, so we take care of you”. I’d give more than 5 stars if able. This company earned my repeat business.

Joseph, was stellar, gave sound advice, was extremely knowledgeable and got my A/C which completely shot the bed, running in a very timely manner between diagnosing the issue, and being prompt in finding the parts needed and than doing the installation. Really went above and beyond, much appreciated Joseph.

Fantastic service! Blake literally drove almost an hour to service my property after hours (8pm). Highly recommend to anyone. I was familiar with One Hour Air since they’re prevalent in Louisiana, but this is my first time using them here in Austin. There’s plenty of really good HVAC companies, but it’s rare to find a company that is great. This company is GREAT!
