Have had work done at our house on several occasions by Garrison and they always do an excellent job. Team is always super friendly and explains everything they’re doing, answering all questions, and giving us peace of mind when it comes to our plumbing and water issues. We are on a well and have had a number of challenges and I look to Garrison to help solve for them. Also, the discount for veterans is a nice plus.

As always, the Garrison guys provided top notch service. They arrived earlier than the stated time window and completed installation of three toilets in my rental house with the same level of efficiency and professionalism that I have come to know in the past.

Great service. Our water heater was on its last leg; and when we called , they came out to check it out the next day. They scheduled the new one and showed up right on time. Fixed us up and was on the way. We highly recommend them and would call them again if needed.

Despite the Christmas holiday, we got a new water heater fairly quickly. Appreciated the ease of reaching the office and the kind help there. The plumbers were in the know, and explained so many things. Nice job, good cleanup, too. The prices seem fair, too.

My hot water heater broke and Garrison was quick to respond. They sent me a quote in less than 15min. They answered all my questions before they came out and while the technician was here, he kept me updated on a couple small issues that came up. He went over the new unit with me and answered my questions after install. Highly recommend them.

Garrison Plumbing was quick to respond to an inquiry we made when our water heater failed us. They gave us multiple options for repairing/replacing and provided their professional opinion on the best option. We ended up replacing the water heater. They were able to do it same day. The crew showed up on time, let me know how long the process would take and at what parts/times they would need my assistance. Overall we are very happy with the service and would highly recommend.

Issac and Daniel showed up on time and did a thorough examination of my property and found a leaky hose connection. They remedied the situation easily and explained what to look for in the future as well as some suggestions to be sure the problem was in fact that particular nozzle. I would recommend them absolutely in the future but be aware Garrisons charge for coming to your house. This was new for me. My plumbers in the past charged once they diagnose a problem.

Garrison was so quick to come out and replumb our pool backwash line to redirect it so that we could stop erosion. It was a bit complicated to route under a deck. The work was high quality and we are so pleased with the results. We highly recommend Garrison.

The team at Garrison Plumbing always provide us with excellent service. Sadly, we have a pretty consistent need for their expertise at our house (due to the house age and old copper piping and well water). They are always super responsive, friendly, and quick to figure out and solve the problems we've come across. We've had them install/replace old piping, indoor water fixtures, including repairing sheetrock, stone facades, install tankless water heaters, and more. I couldn't recommend anyone else when it comes to helping out when you need plumbing professionals.

The installers, Josh and Issac arrived at my home at the scheduled installation time and professionally installed my new water heater in a timely manner. I just had Josh from Garrison plumbing out to look at a clogged pool. He was very professional and worked diligently to remedy the problem. Even when I thought it was no hope he kept going and cleared the pipe. Great plumber. I appreciate it Josh and Garrison.

The service call was on time and the young man was very professional and very courteous ! Being seniors we felt very well treated and was asked if we needed anything else before he left !

Very good. Straight forward, beautiful work, didn’t have to give much direction and significantly less price from the initial quote from a separate company. All i had to do was patch some spots with duct tape that had fallen off the dry wall and definitely worth it for what I was charged. Calling them back for more work!
