Cadence home solutions is highly recommended for all types of roof repairs. I had a serious leak coming from my roof recently and called them. Within 2 hours they arrived to assess the issue and properly fix it immediately all at a reasonable cost. Give them a call for your home needs!!

I wanted to give a quick shout out to Cadence Home Solutions. I live in an area that has been impacted by hail twice in the past year, the most recent being a few weeks ago. After both events I called Cadence, they sent over a rep to assess for possible damage, and both times they stated that while other homes near me had been hit, my home came out undamaged. Before I reached out to Cadence the second time, other roofing companies knocked on my door and advised me that I should file a claim with my insurance company. After showing me photos, Cadence proved to me otherwise. I appreciate the honesty that Cadence Home Solutions has provided me and I will be calling them out exclusively the next time a hail storm hits my area.

I hired Cadence Home Solutions, owned by German Reyes, to rebuild my roof after my original homebuilder had failed twice. I needed rafter repair, new decking, underlayment, shingles, and installation of gutters. The finished product, when German’s company was done, speaks for itself - perfection! After three years of dealing with my homebuilder and ultimately winning my lawsuit against them, I am thrilled with my new roof!

Cadence was the 10th roofing company or so to knock on my door after a recent hail storm. I wanted to tell the rep to kick rocks, but before I had the chance he asked me a pinpointed question that caught my attention. We ended up chatting for a good 20 minutes. Rey explained the situation and answered every question that I had, and believe me I had many. He guided me through my first insurance claim and was there from start to finish. Out of all the companies that I had spoken to, he was the most knowledgeable and the only one who didn’t try to get me to sign a document right there on the spot. The entire process flowed just as he had stated. I am very happy that I went with Cadence. Love the work, love the personal touch, and love the teams that replaced my roof and gutters.
