I hired Tony to install a new Honeywell Digital Thermostat. He did a great job and charged me a fair rate. I could tell he knows the Heating and Air Conditioning Business and I highly recommend him, for any work you need done. He's also a super nice guy.and I'm sure we'll be using him again. Tony replaced our 40+ year old traditional HVAC system with a new heat pump system. He came out and measured the house to do a load calculation to ensure we got the right size unit. He then came back about a week later and did the work. He was honest and told us everything that was needing to be done to make the swap. There was a lot of work to swap out such an old system and he did a great job and had us up and running in 2 days. Pricing was explained up front and did not change once the work started.

My AC suddenly went out at the start of summer and was not cooling the house. Tony responded quickly to my call, worked swiftly to complete a thorough assessment of my AC unit and communicated all findings along the way. He provided a complete explanation of what exactly was not working with my AC unit and showed me the damaged parts. He provided a fair breakdown of costs for parts and labor needed to get my AC running again and gave me a timeline for completion of work. He let me know what was required to repair my AC unit and what was considered optional maintenance. Tony completed the work in a timely manner, properly repaired my AC unit and kept me informed. A few days after the work was done, he contacted me to verify the house was cooling sufficiently and came by to check the efficiency of the AC unit. Tony was knowledgeable, respectful and fair. All About Air Conditioning and Heating did great work and I would use them again.
