Couldn't be happier. As it usually goes, Friday night I come home to hear a water leak under my house. I called another company, but per their policy, they would only replace the entire cold water system, not repair. We are talking the difference between $500 and $3700! It probably could be replaced, but I can't afford that right now.

Anthony came to my house mid-day Saturday and worked until just about dark. We were flooded, so he set up a pump, and came back Sunday to finish. It didn't take him more than 1/2 an hour to make the repair. Thrilled with the repair at a cost I could afford, but mostly extremely happy with Anthony. He was very friendly, explained what needed to be done (and did it at the price quoted), professional and immediately put me at ease.

I will definitely be calling Curly's Big Blade next time I have plumbing needs! Thank you Thank you Thank you!

Herschel and his partner did a fantastic job! They worked diligently through the pouring rain to resolve my issue. I can't recommend this company enough. I will be a forever customer.

From the very 1st call his company was extremely friendly and very responsive. They came within a few hours and fixed it pretty quickly. The price was fair and the 2 men that came we very knowledgeable. I will definitely use this company for all my plumbing needs.

I’ve used Big blade several times in the past. Called them Friday (holiday weekend) not expecting help until next week. Someone was here within an hour. They were very knowledgeable and had us taken care quickly. This is why I’ll never call anyone else. They never disappoint! Reasonable prices too!

Curly's Big Blade just fixed a slab leak for me plus several other issues that have needed to be replaced/repaired. Nicest people you could ever hope to deal with. Ryan, Chase and Alvin did a great job and with such an upbeat attitude despite this horrible heat they are having to contend with. They were fast but thorough, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you guys so much!

I own my own business. I know how hard it can be to always try and have good customer service. I never even leave reviews... but this deserves one. Called them... very nice on the phone and didn't act like I was bothering them. Did exactly what they said they would do... when they said they would do it. We're at my house within 45 min of my call. Very professional and fixed my plumbing issue at a fair price. It was a breath of fresh air in today's world. Good company!!!

Plumber was Mason and was assisted by John. Both men were professional. Mason quickly accomplished the job of switching out a garbage disposal making adjustments to the pipes and cleaning up the site. Thank you for your timely response and work.

I have called this service twice on an emergency basis. Both times they were at my home within 2 hours, after hours. They caped of the leak and had water to the rest of the house for the night. Both times work was completed quickly and professionally within a few days. The second time I had a small issue with how they finished the work. They were very responsive in sending a supervisor to remedy the problem. I recommend Big Blade 100%.

Big Blade employees, Dewayne and Herschel, came out the same day that I called. They were courteous and professional and solved a long term blockage problem in my kitchen. There was an attempt to solve the problem before the holidays that didn’t work. The second visit (impressively, at NO additional charge) was successful. I wholeheartedly recommend this local company as a business that will work with you until the problem is solved.

It has been a truly exceptional service experience and it came in an hour of dire need. Reno calmly and efficiently diagnosed our issue and scheduled service. Repairs were expertly executed and finalized within 2 days. Reno is a credit to his profession.

These people are absolutely the best.
I had a problem with my hot water heater that they had installed the year before.
I could not get hot water to the faucets.
Spoke with Curly on the phone, he looked at my account and had me check the batteries in by Flood stop.
Bingo!!!!! Hot water to the faucets.

We had nightmare plumbing emergency night before July 4th. Mason came straight out at 7pm and got it temporarily fixed so we could have water (older home so only main cutoff) and then came back Friday morning and got it all replaced! Great guy thanks so much Mason! Will definitely call them if we need future work!

Mason was able to come fairly early in the day which was a life saver. He explained everything and gave me the quote upfront. Work was done quickly and would definitely use again. He was also very very nice. So was his assistant.

Jacob and Randy came after hours and worked hard to unstop a tub and toilet issue that had overflowed. They were super nice and very profesional and came on short notice. They were here within a couple of hours when everyone else we called gave us at least a 3 day wait. The price was very reasonable for late hours. We will definitely call them again if we have any future issues. Thank you guys.

I have used Big Blades for over 25 years for all my plumbing needs. My kitchen sink was clogged & backed up. I called Big Blades on Monday afternoon at 11:30 and by 12:15 they were here & to remedy my plumbing problem. Mason and Sebastian were quick, informative, & courteous. It only took them about 20 minutes to unclog the kitchen drain. They cleaned up behind themselves before they left. Big Blades Plumbing is awesome & I will call them every time I have a plumbing problem.

Sorry my bad as I meant to post this a week ago Monday, Nov 20, 2023. On Sunday the 19th is when the sewer backed up, just as I was finishing laundry. (Timing is everything.) Two "emergency" calls to my local plumber here in Crowley went unanswered and first thing Monday morning I called a second plumber. Unfortunately they were not able to assist so they recommended Big Blade. I called them at 8:07 AM and they scheduled their plumber to be out within the hour. True to their word they arrived at 9:07 AM. (Security camera time stamp :) ) They ran that rotor thingy (gotta love these technical terms! LOL) all the way out to the city portion of the line, a good 60-75 feet. 30 minutes later they were done and on their way. What caused the clog? Don't know as nothing was caught in the claw. So it's as much a puzzlement to them as it is to me. As this was 2 years 9 months after the last backup (I bought the house in Dec 2020 so that backup was during the "big freeze" of 2021), they recommended having the line cleaned every 2 1/2 years or so, as a preventative measure. Thank you Christopher and Charles!! I definitely recommend this company. Two thumbs up!!
