Joshua and Ron rendered excellent service! They were VERY professional and was able to resolve an issue with my garbage disposal that another company failed to repair after three visits. These guys came right in, found the issue and did the necessary work to repair. They even made trips to get whatever appliances were needed to finish the job! They were EXCELLENT!!! Bluegrass replumbed the whole house which was biult in 1925 along with running a new main sewer line when the home was renovated. This included a whole house water filter, RO unit, water softener and bidets in the new bathrooms except for the added powder room. The owner is a square shooter and keeps his word. I have also had their help in running a gas line for a generator in our Airbnb. I confidently recomend the service.

We called 4 days into the winter storm of 2021, as we had pipes burst. They showed up the next night, can tell they were working hard and very long hours. Got us all fixed up around 9pm and they were heading to another job afterwards. Had a smile on their faces and were as nice as can be. Great service in a high demand time. Definitely will use them again anytime.

JP is a wonderful plumber. He's honest, straightforward, and a really nice guy. He never charges more than is necessary! Highly recommend bluegrass plumbing!!!

While circumstances that led to us in need of a plumber were unfortunate, I am so very grateful that we came across Bluegrass Plumbing. We had the misfortune of a gas leak after our new roof was installed at the same time winter decided to make her debut in Texas. Every step of the way, I could rest assured that the guys over at Bluegrass Plumbing were doing things the “right way.” They were all so friendly, courteous and informative, every step of the way.
After repairs were complete, the city inspector came by. He had a few of his own preferences on how things should be done prompting a lingering moment of dread that we weren’t going to pass his inspection standards. My phone quickly rang from the owner, JP, while our plumber, Ray, was on the line with the city inspector. After their discussion and another (final) high pressure test by the city, we were issued our green tag and the minor suggestion from the inspector was completed by the team immediately. Truly blew me away how on top of things they are, the collaboration and how much they care about their customers. Thank you, to the whole Bluegrass Plumbing team, for helping make lemonade out of these lemons. While I hope I don’t have to see y’all again for awhile, I know who I’ll call if bad luck strikes again.

We had the team come out and replace a toilet, put in a pressure regulating valve and replace a hose bib. We were stunned at how professional, friendly and knowledgeable both Ray and JP were. It is honestly stunning how pleasant the experience was. Highly recommended, will definitely use them again!

Amazing personalized trusted service!!

We have used Bluegrass for several years. Was curious about a whole house water filter system. They came out and made sure to review and recommend the right system for our house. Installation was fast and you cannot beat their personalized and friendly service. I never feel manipulated or taken advantage of. We love the new softener / filter system! It is amazing how different the showers are. And now I honestly can sleep better not worrying about what extra chemicals are coming into the house.

I’ve used this company twice, and the service has been excellent both times. JP is upfront and honest about what the issues are and always gives me options on how to move forward, which I truly appreciate.

This time, he thoroughly investigated an issue with my new remodel shower where the water wasn’t getting very hot—something a previous plumber failed to identify. Other plumbers were recommending that I replace my hot water tank, but before making that purchase, I had JP come out to take a look. He discovered the real issue and fixed it within an hour, saving me from an unnecessary and costly replacement.

That level of honesty and attention to detail is what makes him great. Highly recommend.

I really want to recommend this company for their exceptional work quality and fair pricing, based on my first two positive experiences with them. However, my third encounter with the company was quite disappointing. I contacted them to perform a routine water tank cleaning service for eight families, which should have taken around an hour per family. However, the company provided me with three different quotes, and the price kept changing until it reached a very high price ($570). So I cancelled the last service and find another company that offered me a much more reasonable price of $160. While the quality of the company's service is satisfactory, but their customer service and pricing policy is BIG no. If you are considering using this company's services, I suggest comparing their prices with other companies before making a decision.

Worst company to go too, never answered the phone. When they would answer they would cut me off and hang up and not answer the phone when I called back. Had an appointment with them and they cancelled on me twice with no explanation and could not even give me any type of heads up.

They charged us $700 to reconnect a garbage disposal and the existing pipes to a new kitchen sink we installed recently. It took the plumber about an hour to perform the task. We had originally thought the price would be $250 based off our conversation...which seemed reasonable. However, when it came time to pay (and my wife was at home and didn't know the specifics), the plumber said it would be $700. This is ridiculous. When I got home from work to look at the "invoice" the plumber provided my wife, I was expecting to see a full breakdown on why it cost $700. All it said was "Swapped faucet and disposal from old to new. Replaced tubular." Not sure why the tubular even needed replacing and the old one couldn't be used. Anyways, we had used another plumbing company very recently that replaced multiple valves and performed some welding to our copper pipes and charged us a fraction of what this company did (spent 3 hours using 2 people). THIS COMPANY IS VERY OVERPRICED! MAKE SURE YOU GET IN WRITING THE AGREED TO PRICE OR IT MAY CHANGE ON YOU!

UPDATE after Owner Response: It's very simple...$700 for one hour of work does not add up for this type of job.
