Jose arrived right on time. I told him what the issue was and he got right to work. Within a few minutes he completed his work and left for his next appointment. He is very professional and a pleasure to work with. I’ll continue to call Bow Tie for any plumbing issues in the future.

Travis and his team were very professional and did a great job replacing my bathroom shower pan, bathroom fixtures, kitchen fixtures and all the plastic guts. They not only went about and beyond with there customer service and cleanliness but they also did great work for a very affordable price. Best experience I've had with a contractor in a long time. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again.

They were on time, booties on shoes, professional, polite, confirmed what you were expecting in service discussed in set up appointment, explained what service was given to resolve problem in layman's terms, and answered any questions we asked.
Their prices were far better than other companies called and had flexibility in scheduling. Sadly I'm doing away with my independent plumber and will doing business with this company from now on and letting others know of their business. My only regret is that I forgot to ask for a business card for me and others to share.
