I’m an old customer of KMP but a year or so ago Michael installed their air improvement items in my home. It’s had a huge impact on my allergies and helping me sleep at night. I was skeptical at first but it’s been great to breathe better at night. Very happy with his explanations and work!

Michael let me know when he would arrive and quickly diagnosed the problem I was having with my ac. He provided me with information on the cost and options available to bring down the cost. He worked quickly and did a great job! I highly recommend KMP and will use them again!

Michael Simpson came out to our home to give us a bid on a new a/c system. He was knowledgeable and took the time to educate my wife and me about the correct system we should have for our house. No high pressure sales tactics, just provided all the facts to make a great decision. KMP is fortunate to have such a high character employee.

At 88 years I’ve had a lot of poor experiences with plumbing companies and contractors in general. And long ago learned to do such work myself. This was my first experience with KMP Plumbing, Heating and Air, and I’ find them great in every way. The office and John Rodiriguez and his parter were all efficient, friendly and helpful, I had installed a new water heater but needed someone quickly with special tools and skill to remove a stubborn 73 year old compression fitting and replace it with a modern threaded fitting. They cheerfully explained things well and went beyond and helped me with a couple things I hadn’t yet finished. Filled the water heater and tested everything (and found a couple slow leaks in my work.). I am impressed with their company and their servicemen and have already added them to the top of my contacts list.

As a Facilities Manager sometimes things go wrong and you need help. Having KMP plumbers onsite always puts me at ease. They are knowledgeable, professional, great communicators and do great work. NO they ARE NOT the cheapest but for commercial work, when called upon they perform with excellence! They have performed several decent sized jobs for me and some small no rework ever needed on jobs completed. When work has been done for me it was done correctly the first time. I appreciate that.
