Shelly and her work ethic is phenomenal! Her and all of her staff has been very transparent and hardworking. Trusting roofers and other general contractors is very very hard. I was skeptical about contacting any roofer, because I’ve heard from others I know who had very disappointing experiences with other roofers. I remember when I called her the 1st time and discussed my roof, she was so real and very thorough about the process and what would to expect as this is my very 1st time replacing my roof. She informed me even if I did not choose as my roofer, she wanted me to be educated on what to look out for when shopping around for roofers. The consultation about the process was so understanding that it was therapeutic because I’ve heard so many horror stories about roofers, and working with Shelly has been a breath of fresh air. She is insured and has dealt with various clients ranging from business and residential clients who has been insured with all of the major home insurance companies. She deserves every one of these five stars and then more. I fully endorse Queen Bee Roofing & General Contracting for all your roofing or general contracting needs!

Five stars is not a high enough rating for Shelly and her crew. From inspection to final nail, all steps were handled with professionalism and expertise that is rare to come by.

At inspection, she calmly and throughly explained the cause of my leak and what her game plan was to permanently fix it. As a bonus point, she laid out a temporary tarp as we had bad weather coming in the following day.

At any time of the day, she was quick to respond and show up if needed. She spoke on my behalf with the insurance company when they kept having us giving us the run round with the claim.

She explained the ins and outs of roof ventilation for us to make an informed decision, as we had improper ventilation by the builder going on.

The crew arrived on time, immediately covered all my flower beds to protect them from the material being removed. They worked efficiently and quickly, paying attention to the smallest of details. They left the property clean and not a single nail was missed.

She is the one you need!!!

Almost three years ago, I met Shelly from Queen Bee Roofing, and we have been working together ever since—she handles the roofing, while I perform the drywall repair work. Shelly is a very hardworking, efficient, and—above all—honest woman. Shelly came out to inspect our roof after a recent hail storm and a neighbor posting photos online of 2 1/2 inch hail. She thoroughly inspected the roof and documented everything. Unlike most roofing companies which are going to say you need a new roof to line their own pocket, she was honest and let me know if it were her, she would wait until after the storm season is over to reevaluate the damage. It's so nice to find a trustworthy roofing company. I will definitely use Queen Bee Roofing when I need a roof and we are discussing other projects I can use her as a general contractor.

Sorry for replying so late. Queen Bee came out in March and fixed the leak on my roof. They were very friendly and professional. They also came back out to make sure it wasn't leaking anymore. I would definitely recommend using them in the future.

Shelly has helped us with two different roofs of ours (one replaced and one under her health roof report maintence) as well as painless dent repair on four of our family cars over the past five years. We love her customer service and knowledge on all things storm related.
