Great service. Service Technician arrived in the scheduled timeframe; was very professional, knowledgeable and quickly identified the problem with our washer. Pricing was very competitive and we would certainly using them again if we needed service on our appliances.

Nick was a true professional. I felt informed as he did the work to resolve some noisy washer and dryers. I was concerned about replacing them but after careful inspection he found a couple of issues and resolved them quickly. When he explained the bill and the work done he was very clear and easy to understand. Will call again for any issues I ever have 😊

Nick with Armstrong Appliance was awesome. My parents were having trouble with their ac unit, he was able to tell us what was wrong, where to find the right part and he came right out and replaced it. Not only that he turned right around after he left and went back to verify an issue they had, turned out it was just a setting my elderly parent wasn't sure about. Not only will I use them for repairs, but of i need a new unit I'll shop them as well.

Great service. Technian explained what was wrong and what he could do to fix the issues. Fix my stove. Also explained issue with refrigerator and options on repair.

The front office staff is friendly and efficient and the technicians are knowledgeable and proficient in fixing our appliances. We recently experienced a major failure with our washing machine and decided to replace both the washer and dryer. I told Greg what we wanted and he found it at a great price. It was a great experience!! I would recommend this company to anyone who would like to get service and replacement parts for their SPEED QUEEN washer or dryer!! They carry the SPEED QUEEN parts, which by the way SPEED QUEEN never stops making them, and they get them ASAP and take care of their customers. Nick, came out, trouble shot the problem and will be back to install the part. He was knowledgable, professional, kind and answered all of the questions I had for him. This company will never disappoint!! Call them!!

Stayed in contact on the way, came on a Saturday, which I appreciate not having to leave work to meet them, and Greg didn't mind me asking questions while he worked and also recommended an additional service they don't provide, which was to have our dryer air ducts cleaned immediately, as that probably caused my heating element to fry. Thanks!

Christy and greg were both so professional and easy to work with. I had to get my ice maker repaired, and Christy was able to have Greg out within 2 days of me calling. She was very helpful with product knowledge and pricing over the phone.
