Blueline was excellent. We had a problem with a couple of AC units in our warehouse, and they not only found and fixed the issues but also followed up with us to ensure we were comfortable and everything was working fine.

My heater unfortunately went out and Kevin immediately reached out to come do an assessment. He gave me a reasonable estimate for the repair and parts had to be ordered. During this time Kevin kept me updated with their delivery status. I had many questions and Kevin was very patient and able to walk me through the entire process.

Our AC went out about 7:00 on a Sunday night. Between my husband and I, we called 6 or 7 different companies, and left messages where we could, and not a SINGLE one called us back. I get to Blueline, and Kevin answered right away after I got through the menu, and was out at our house by 8:30. He had great customer service, was able to diagnose the problem quickly, and got it fixed within the hour! Our AC even blew colder after he was done! Then come the next day he texted me and made sure everything was still working ok (it was). Out of all of our experiences of dealing with AC companies and getting the runaround, this one was BY FAR the best one we've dealt with!! We will be referring them to friends & family and calling them for our AC needs from now on - 10/10!! Thank you Blueline Mechanical!!

Great work done that has improved the cooling efficiency. Kevin is a very nice guy that helped us understand the ins and outs of the AC system. Our AC won’t bail on us no more. Highly recommend.

Issues fixed: blocked drainage, burnt wires due to weak connections, dirty cooling fins, low refrigerant.

I used this company as I had issues with my HVAC unit. Their estimate was accurate and the work was done in a timely manner. I was recommended to use them by a family friend and I couldn't be more pleased with the work done. I would definitely use them again .

I have used blue line for a couple of years now. Kevin is always quick to get the job done and does not charge outrageous fees like other companies. We had a unit go out in the middle of summer. He got us fixed up and no time.

We just bought our new house and our system was brand new. So when it stopped working we were panicked! With the Texas heat and 2 young children at home, we couldn’t have it not working. Blueline made it their priority to get to us at 7:30pm and worked until the job was done. He even took the time to show us how our system works and how we can maintain it in the future. We had Blueline come out to fix our AC unit, which had stopped working all of a sudden, and they did a great job. They replaced our capacitor that had gone out and performed maintenance on both of our units, and we couldn’t be happier. Thank you, Blueline!

Kevin and Bluline Mechanical knocked it out of the park today! Our A/C quit blowing cold and they had us back up and running in no time flat.
