Brett was super friendly and assisted with all the questions I had. He taught me different things and overall was a great guy!

Susan was great on the phone setting up an appointment and taking pertinent information. David came to the house on schedule and diagnosed a mini-split issue quickly and provided a simple and inexpensive path ahead for the failed unit. Well-done all. Will definitely call Ivy Air again. Cheers, Ray

Had my A/C stopped working all of a sudden and quickly started looking for ac companies to call. We are so glad we came across Ivy Air, we had Charlie come out and check what was the problem and got it all fixed up!!!!! Charlie was prompt, friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to fully explain in detail what all had gone wrong and what to look out for in the future. I will definitely use Ivy Air again. If you are looking for an honest and professional A/C company look no further and call Ivy Air!!!!

Justin helped us find the right replacement motor for our outdoor unit. He sold us the motor at a great price as we wanted to replace it ourselves. Even helped us with questions we had during installation. Great guy, great price, great service!

Our heater suddenly had an issue, and Ivy Air had a tech out within an hour to investigate. Charlie was able to identify the issue and completely resolve it within 1.5 hours of arriving. He explained everything very well and made sure we were seeing improvement before he left. 10/10 would recommend!

David and Suzanne at Ivy AC were great. They showed up within about an hour and did the job and we got our AC back on which is obviously super important. Great price and great service.

I recently had Charlie come out to fix my AC, and was supper impressed. He was on time, very professional, and well versed. He quickly diagnosed the problem explained everything, have a fair price, and went above and beyond cleaning the AC unit. My AC is now running perfectly. I highly recommend Charlie Morse for any AC issue- you won’t be disappointed!

Called ivy air & they had a technician here the same day. David had excellent customer service & was very knowledgeable & would highly recommend for anyone to use.

David was amazing and helpful very instructive on signs to look out for in the heating unit he took his time and was thorough and made the money while worth it. I highly recommend using this company and asking for David!

These guys are the best. Always on time and always extremely courteous. David J. came out to tune up my A/C and made sure that I understood all that he was doing and gave me great tips to keep things running smoothly. He was very thorough and friendly and I certainly felt like I was in good hands. This company and its employees are extremely fair and honest. I will definitely call them again in the Fall for another maintenance checkup.

I've recommended Ivy Air for a long time. Service, price and honesty are what I look for. Today my AC stopped working and Charlie with Ivy Air came the same day, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it. I also appreciated that he called about an hour ahead of time to confirm details and again 30 minutes before arrival. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ivy air, and appreciate Charlies help.

Donny Pennington is amazing and did an excellent job diagnosing the problems with my HVAC systems. He deserves 10 stars. He communicated everything well to me and after that IVY air sent 3 terrific technicians specifically Jesse Hughes, Xavier and Rafael and they did Excellent work replacing 75 ft of 2 Copper line sets and also an AC motor. We’ve had Ivy air services for almost 3 years and they’ve always been great to us. The customer service is super nice and easy to get ahold of and our technician, David, is so knowledgeable and had the job done fast. He also gave us tips for energy conservation and showed us things we can check on our own at home. 10/10 experience!
