K&K Plumbing fixed my plumbing issue in a prompt and courteous manner. Will be using them for all my plumbing needs.

We hired K&K to install Hot Water Heater. We are satisfied with labor and cleanup.

I contacted K&K Plumbing the first of March 2024, I had a serious plumbing issue and my Mother suggested I call K&K Plumbing. I spoke with Chris. They sent someone out within two hours to take care of my immediate problem, and; informed me there was also a major problem. A line was ran into an opening in my front yard and the plumber showed us on a computer screen exactly what the issue was. Within two days I was given a quote and I agreed to have K&K Plumbing do needed repairs. Due to rainy weather they were not able to take care of problem right away, but remained in touch with me explaining the reason why. On Friday, April 19, 2024 I received an email stating Plumbers would be out this morning by 8:30; I received a phone call and a text, (very professional) also. Two Plumbers arrived at 8:45 and got right to work. Work was completed by 2:45. One of the Plumbers told me what was done and assured me everything was taken care of. I was well please. On another note....I have lots of flowers in my year (which I love dearly) and not a one was touch. YEA!

Scheduling is very efficient. They are always on time. We’ve been very pleased with the tankless hot water heaters and K&K’s service.

I had a water heater that was failing. I was hoping to get it replaced within a week. They (K&K Plumbing) came by that morning and picked up a replacement water heater and installed it. They are very willing to answer this homeowners questions. I would recommend them to anyone in the hunt county area. Well done Robert and crew!

Had an issue with a water leak coming from the valve leading into the house. K&K was very responsive and resolved the issue for a fair price. Would I use them again? Absolutely!

We have used K &K plumbing for many years and have always been very happy with their service. They do a great job and always explain what they’re doing.

On Memorial Day, I called them because I had a leak in the kitchen sink, evidently for longer than I knew. I really didn’t expect a call back on the holiday, but I was pleasantly surprised to hear the man call to check & see what I needed. I told him & he said he would have someone here between 8:30-9:00 the next morning. They arrived just as promised, in the pouring rain. Two very nice & polite young men. Looked at the problem & immediately went to work on it. They had to go to town & get more parts but we’re finished by 11:30 or so. I couldn’t have been more pleased with their work. I will definitely call them again when needed!

I had a major water leak that was emergent to fix and multiple other issues that that were nonemergent. Robert and Jared were amazing to get all my issues resolved. They exceeded expectations and were very kind and professional. The labor cost is a little steep but well worth using this company because of the quality and experience.

Very professional, crew came out when they said they would. Couldn’t get their equipment in my back yard so they had to hand dig from my water meter toward the house to find my leak. This picture was what cause my leak.
The two employees who came to my house and the gentleman I spoke with when I requested their service and when I called to pay (same person) were very pleasant to talk with and were very professional with me from start to finish. I would recommend anyone that needs plumbing service to call K&K. If you are a whiner and no one can please you, still call and they will help you!

K&K did yeoman's work trying to find and repair a leak under my Mother's house. It was an elusive leak, but they worked tirelessly to find it and make the repair. Highly recommend!

We had a dual sink issue in our guest bathroom the night before we had planned a barbecue with friends. STRESS!!! Both of our sinks were stopped up, and my husband was only able to clean out the drain pipes below the sink. We obviously had bigger problems!

I contacted several plumbers, including a couple we had used previously and everyone was busy! STRESS!!

A friend in our neighborhood recommended K and K plumbing. I called and spoke with Kevin. He was very friendly and professional, of course they were busy as well. STILL STRESSED!

He would, however, contact me if there was an opening that day. I don’t even think it was an hour later, he returned my call and let me know that they could squeeze us in. He had service techs near our location. YAY!! They arrived promptly and both gentlemen were very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable and had a very good idea what the issue potentially could be. They fixed the problem and cleaned up their small mess in very little time, perfectly.

Kevin had gone over the pricing with me, and naturally assuming the worst, I thought it was going to end up being quite a bit more based on the problem we had. As it turned out, not only efficiently completed it was all at an affordable cost. I would “highly recommend” K&K Plumbing to anyone who is in need of a “trustworthy” and “professional” service.

They were great! When I called they were very nice and cared about my problem that I was having. They were out by the afternoon and the problem was corrected in a timely manner. I have known these guys for a while and knew they did good work. As you well know, plumbing work can be messy. K&K was very thorough in finding our plumbing issues. My wife and I had a sewer backup issue coming back up through the tub and from under the toilet the plumbing technicians pulled the toilet in the back bathroom and ran a camera to find roots were invading the sewer. They cleared the roots that was causing the backup and reset the toilet. The technician in charge let me know that would need to tunnel under the house to repair the broken places in the sewer due to the roots. K&K provided a reasonable quote to do the job. We got it done. The crew did a thorough job even through any issues they came across. They did an amazing job cleaning up the job areas to where you practically couldn’t tell where the work took place. The technicians did an amazing job not leaving the house messy. Really good job cleaning after themselves. These guys won’t try to sell you services you don’t really need. They will treat you like family.
