Highly recommend this veteran owned business. They showed up on time, gave us an fair estimate to replace water heater. They also changed out two shower faucets to increase water pressure. I will gladly call them for future needs.

We recently used Acute plumbing to repipe our whole house. Steve and Roy did an excellent job. Their work was very meticulously done. The house and attic were left in perfect condition. Steve was very patient to answer our many questions. We appreciated his vast knowledge and his willingness to discuss options while we were undergoing the repipe. I do not hesitate in recommending Acute plumbing for any plumbing needs you might have. I have full faith in their abilities. Their rates are very reasonable, and the price did NOT change when we ran into a couple of problems along the way.

They were friendly over the phone they were on time showing up when they said they would and the technician was friendly, courteous, and professional. She was very thorough in her analysis. Very honest and up front and was able to repair our water heater. We are very happy with our experience with Acute plumbing and would recommend them to anyone. I don’t give reviews but this was one time it was worth the time it took to type it. 5 stars all the way

Stephen was about the 10th plumber I found online and called after a small emergency with my water heater. However, he was the only one who was able and willing to come out on an after hours job. He arrived within the hour and had addressed the problem within the next thirty minutes. The job was professionally handled and was his top priority. He and his team were very respectful, taking care not to track any water/mud into the house, laying down plastic, and wearing booties and masks. Stephen and his team were also very friendly as well, making the entire episode much more relaxed. You cannot go wrong with them.

We had a whole house clog that backed up into both our bathrooms. Stephen was able to be there within an hour, even though it was late Sunday night. He was effective in clearing the pipe. We have larger issues with our plumbing, and he was able to provide me with a few quotes for a follow up. I would highly recommend.

Do to a power outage at my home I had to reschedule a morning appointment for later in the day and I was updated regularly on their arrival time the same day. They wore face masks, gloves and even booties over their shoes while examining the issues I had. They provided a written estimate and after I approved they went to work and accomplished the tasks quickly. Before working they covered floors to protect our flooring from damage and took care of my home as if it was theirs. They came prepared and carried all of the parts required and finished the multiple tasks quickly and efficiently. I will definitely use them again.

Steve at Acute Plumbing Care is the BEST plumber!! The first time I called he was able to diagnose and fix a problem that a previous plumber could not. He was quick and reliable. The second time I called was due to an emergency pipe burst and he came to the rescue in 30 minutes. He got everything fixed and working great! He is very professional and adheres to very high standards of workmanship. I hope I don't need a plumber for a long time but if I do I will call Acute Plumbing Care!

Acute Plumbing has a very professional staff who value their customers and the quality of their work. The plumbers are respectful of your home wearing shoe covers and of your health and safety in wearing masks. Both are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Jack, young man who came to our home, identified the problem and proceeded to fix it. He was here close to 3 hours but when he got finished, kit sink drained beautifully.

As elderly owners of a home that's even older than we are (built in 1906), we have had our share of unreliable contractors. However, in this case, nothing could have been further from the truth. Ashley and Steve were kind enough to spend several hours (arriving well after 5 pm) replacing our hot water heater. We were advised before, during and after of each step in the process with easy to understand descriptions of what needed to be done as well as the cost. We couldn't recommend Acute Plumbing any stronger. Highly honest, friendly, christian and dependable people!
