Cruz's Heating and Cooling did a wonderful job. All my concerns and questions were answered. The installed a hvac system at my elderly mother's home and took her comfort into consideration while there. I will surely recommend them for ther expertise, workmanship and fair price. Excellent service! After having two different companies (both of them recommended by my home owners insurance) coming to my house, and not able to find the problem, Cruz's Heating & Cooling found the problem right away! Everything was great starting from the first call, following by the great attitude from the two technicians that came to fix my furnace. Keep the great job!

Joe and his guys had been servicing our house for the past 10+ years. Always helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly. Never tired to force us into a new instal, but was there for us when we were ready. Did an amazing job.

Ac went out and within 2 hours they were here. After 40 mins all was fixed. Fast, professional and reasonably priced. Will be using in the future!

These guys are awesome. Arrived to my house in less than an hour of call. I had issues with my unit on a Sunday, called another repair company. They quoted me 1400+. These guys came and trouble shooted my hvac system and actually found the issue and the repairs were less than 400. My A/C is working like new. They cleaned and maintenance my hvac unit as well. Glad I called them and highly recommend

I called the owner Joe and asked if someone could come out to take a look at our airconditioner that had stopped working in the middle of summer. Within 2 hours Armando knocked at my door. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. He fixed our air, vacuumed everything out and the price was fabulously low! We are lifetime customers now and HIGHLY recommend them. You wont be sorry!

We had several estimates to replace our air conditioner and heater. After speaking with Mr. Cruz various times, he thoroughly explained and answered all our concerns; therefore, we agreed on him to install the equipment. His staff was extremely competent and professional. We definitely recommend Cruz's Heating & Cooling!!

Jose and his crew are AMAZING! I no longer live in El Paso, but when my parents heater broke and they could not find any help to get it fixed, I found Cruz's Heating and Cooling and will be a customer for as long as my parents need service. I called Mr. Cruz in the morning on a Thursday and by Thursday afternoon the heater was fixed. This type of service is hard to find and I am incredibly thankful considering that my parents are elderly and sickly. My dad had just gotten released from the hospital and he said once the heater was fixed, his health improved greatly. I am so thankful to Mr. Cruz and his crew. Thank you for keeping my parents warm especially with these continuing cold fronts.

This is the best HVAC service I have ever had! They were responsive and quick to fix the issue. I called SoBellas prior to them coming and that was a huge mistake. Sobellas guys are sales people posing as HVAC technicians! They wanted to replace the whole unit and Cruz’s was fair price under $300. They earned my business. $85 is what they charge for service calls. Highly recommend!

My husband and I needed to replace our heater. We got estimates that where half of what we paid for our house. One heating and cooling company (SC) told us it would be 20,000 for the units and 5,000 to 10,000 for the electrical plus labor and taxes. Also they never contacted us again (from the first visit). Cruz heating and cooling came in and did the job for 15,000. Also they have the nicest, professional staff we have ever met. I wanted to give a special shout out to Luis and Gio. They did an excellent job. I would diffently go with CRUZS HEATING AND COOLING. Thanks guys. So if u want to be happy give them a call. You won't be disappointed.

We requested a second opinion of our AC issues through Cruz and now will only be going to them for any further maintenance! They were able to come within the hour to diagnose and had it repaired within an hour as well. They were very honest about repairs (and able to explain in a way we understood) and we were able to save hundreds of dollars because of their second opinion.

This company is the best. They are thorough professional and highly qualified. Luis and Geo are amazing in service maintenance. They found a gas leak and fixed it immediately. Thank you Joe and team for an amazing experience. Highly Recommend! A company you can trust!

Our AC unit went out last night with scorching heat these coming days. Called early the next morning and were able to send a Technician the two hours later. They diagnosed the problem and fixed right away. This truly an awesome company. Thank you Joe and your crew for being responsive and attentive in these hot summer days.

Armado has been our guy!! We are completely satisfied with the services. We call on them to maintain our heating and air conditioners before each season. They are quick to provide service. They are friendly and they keep the work area clean. We highly recommend them!!

I would give Cruz’s Heating and Cooling 10 stars if I could. They came to the rescue when my uncle’s furnace stopped working one evening in 20 degree weather. My uncle is an elderly Vietnam vet who had to sleep in a sleeping bag next to space heater that night. Called Cruzs the next morning when they opened, and Joe went out of his way to install a new furnace that same day. Cruzs made sure my elderly uncle did not have to sleep in a freezing house again. Oh, and they did it for a great price too. They are the genuinely wonderful people and will get all of our future business. I simply can’t say enough good things about Joe and his team. God bless them.

I became a homeowner in 2020 and had to completely replace my AC/Heater unit. Knowing nothing about HVAC, my home warranty sent out Joe and his guys and I've been working with them on my own ever since. Joe and his staff have been nothing but professional, helpful, friendly, and just all around great people to work with! They know me now as the cat lady when they come work on my home. They are very fair in their pricing and I'm so glad I found them. I would HIGHLY recommend Joe and his guys. Thank you for everything Joe!

My heater stopped working, and one company said they had to change the furnace. My neighbor recommended Cruzs Heating & Cooling. The owner Joe sent his techs the same day I called, and they changed the motor instead of the furnace for much lower price. Very professional and very patient.

The refrigerated A/C went out a couple of days ago and in triple digit temps!! We called several well known companies in the area who were going to take a week to get to us. Another company we managed to call came by and wanted us to buy a “brand new refrigerated A/C!!” Brand new and at a high cost! Anyway, this morning I ran into a nice lady who referred me to Cruz Heating and Cooling. I immediately contacted them and they were very responsive! Needless to say. We “did not” need a “brand new A/C” as the other company stated and we were charged a very reasonable price of what was needed!! Beware of those companies with the supposed excellent ratings. Do your homework and trust word of mouth Instead! My husband and I highly recommend these great and honest folks! They have a new customer for life now!

I was very impressed by the workmanship and quality of our new HVAC unit. The installation was done very professionally by Gio and Luis. I was very impressed by Joe, the owner of the business who would promptly respond to my texts and phone calls. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who has any Heating and Cooling issues.
