I was introduced to EPC Family that my insurance last year, all players were very professional, trustworthy,respectful, hard workers team. Just lately this year I had some cement landscape in our backyard done by the team of EPC again. They are my number one my list, I will continue to help them through networking, as they had helped me , 100 percent recommendation. Whenever your needs are remodeling , general repairs or any construction needs.

Finding reliable and efficient services like EP construction offered is hard to find nowadays. But let me tell you we were beyond satisfied with the customer service and service offered. They are a family owened business, the way they took care of our needs and concerns, really feels like they are a family team. They are willing to go beyond to work with insurance claims. I can honestly certify, that in the future they are my go to company for any service.

Our experience was GREAT! Israel sent estimate promptly I was sent a reminder a day before the work was actually to be done. The workers showed up promptly and cleaned tihe area everyday .

Excellent job! Asked if the team could come out and take a look at the problem and was able to get a same day appointment. Estimate for the work was sent the next day and repair was scheduled immediately after...for the same day! So from reporting the problem to having it looked at, diagnosed, and repaired took less than 48 hours! Very happy and the only roofing company I'll use or recommend moving forward! EP Construction Group - you got a customer for life!

Even though I didn't have to be home, I was, and the gentleman who came over did a thorough job inspecting our roof and doing what was necessary to prevent future damage due to weather temperatures changes.

Our whole family and myself, Hilda H. were very pleased from the very first time EPCG came to examine our roof condition, and presented us with their top of the line and wide array of material options. It was quite impressive how each one of them (especially owners & assistants) carried themselves professionally without putting any pressure, and how willing they were to inform and extend their expertise unconditionally. It was all of the above that led us to meet as a follow up, with Mr. Israel Soto to further inquire about questions regarding the hard copy information he left with us. That information on pamphlets looked so unreal and unlike any others, that we needed to verify all that for good. We did. Mr. Soto patiently answered (for way over an hour!) all of our questions and doubts with sufficient proof i.e. videos, samples of previous work, etc. We left his office convinced and ready to do business with them.
The rest is history, EPCG proved to be the best in town from beginning to end. Their crew is well prepared, respectable, and always willing to answer your questions, even while on task.

Called a few different companies to take a look at a small roof leak. They were the first to come out and I was glad they did. Went ahead and cancelled the other appointments. They came out and inspected my roof. Gave me a more than reasonable estimate including pictures of different spots on the roof that needed work. Took me up to show me and gave me a few different options. Went with the option Mr. Soto recommend. Gave him the ok and scheduled me the very next day. Extremely professional from start to finish. My go to company from here on out!

My wife and I are very pleased to write this review concerning the work that EP Construction Group did when replacing our roof. Israel and Alex provided us with a detailed estimate of our roofing needs and they and their crew provided timely, accurate, and quality service throughout the whole process. This is the third time our roof has been replaced due to weather issues but our first time using EP Construction Group. What set them apart from other companies used in the past was their impeccable attention to detail, professionalism, and quality of work performed. We have no doubt that if future needs arise, we will confidently call upon EP Construction for help.

Israel & the El Paso Construction Group did an outstanding job restoring our house after some severe flood damage to the walls, baseboards, etc.

This roofing company is exceptional. Very professional from start to finish. They worked with the insurance company and me to iron all problems before starting and there were no extras afterword. They're efforts on cleanup were amazing. The entire crew and owner were very courteous and professional. They show up on time and get the job done on time.

Alex and crew were on time everyday, there was no horseplay, they just came in and did the job and did it right. The crew was amazing and friendly and knew their job. My new roof gives my house a new curb appeal, and with products used I know it's going to last a long, long time, they used all GAF products to make it a complete GAF roof system, and they are GAF CERTIFIED INSTALLERS, so you get added protection. They have a customer for life thanks Alex and Crew, and a special shout out to Israel the owner, love my new roof.

The staff of EP Construction Group was very professional, dependable, and efficient. Overall we are extremely satisfied with the quality of their work and their expertise. We particularly appreciated that they brought their own port-a-john and complete the project within the timeline specified.
