Driver was on his phone and nearly ran me off the road when he changed to the right lane. He was on his phone for at least the distance between New York and Debbie on 287, today around 7PM.

Today I was leaving grapevine mills mall towards 121 and a brandt truck cut me off at the light. He was in the left turn only lane and proceded straight through almost hitting me as I was in the straight lane. The driver was unapologetically waving his middle finger at me!
Very unprofessional. I didn't get the the license plate.
