Dave, Sabrina, Chase & Allen are ROCKSTARS!!! I was in a pinch to have some last minute work done and the way they all came together to help was impressive! I can’t say enough about this company and they great people who work there. 10/10 recommend for literally any work needed!

The North Richland Hills group (they used to be MD Dutton Plumbing) are AWESOME! They came out to take care of my backflow test and were very prompt, very professional and took really good care of me. I will definitely use them for all my plumbing needs in the future. If you're looking for the old MD Dutton Plumbing company they are still around but now part of Mako Industries.

I’ve been using Mako Industries (formerly MD Dutton and Associates) in North Richland Hills TX, and I couldn’t be more pleased with their work. They’ve handled extensive plumbing upgrades in my home, including installing a tankless water heater, converting water lines, patching and replacing failing cast iron sewer lines with PVC, and more.
The customer service, workmanship, pricing, and overall quality of care have been outstanding. Every member of their team I’ve worked with, including previous owner Doug, as well as Elijah, Sheryl, and Misty, has been professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful.

They’ve helped transform my mid-century home with good bones into a much safer and more reliable plumbing system. I’ll absolutely continue using them in the future and highly recommend them to friends and family.

The dispatcher is rude and incompetent

Unwilling to follow through with what they say they will do. 3 or more visits to identify an issue, 1000’s of dollars later, I’ll be finding another service provider who may be better able to assist in the future. Stupid to think that gaining a couple hundred now will lose you thousands later. Century never should have sold out, at they would have honored their word and conducted business with integrity.
