Derek was quick to act and was very prompt in his services, something that other big name companies couldn't deliver. From his initial assessment through to the check-ups post service, the experience with Derek was nothing but positive. Derek came out immediately after calling him to assess my rodent situation. Gave me a super-reasonable quote for services I needed without trying to upsell me (even for stuff I thought I needed but didn’t). He definitely knows what he is doing and both he and the roofer that works for him do an excellent job. I’m so glad I didn’t go with the national brand.
