Great price. Responsive. They do what they say and don’t upsell you. Will use them again as my pool needs maintenance and repairs! They have installed a new cleaner, new skimmer, replumbed pipes, and repaired a leak in my spa! All top notch work!

As a first time pool owner they have extremely helped me with all my questions they are very knowledgeable and my pool looks great thanks to all there help on how to keep it up to beat

I have used A-Affordable for several years and have always been happy with their work. Most recently I have had repair issues on the pool equipment and needed guidance on how to correct the problems.
Jonathan has been very helpful with suggestions and help to repair a broken pool cleaner. I appreciate his willingness to assist and his expertise in this area. It is good to know that you can count on the technicians at A-Affordable to take care of any issues that come up in maintaining your pool and the equipment to run it.

We have had a great experience with A-Affordable. We first worked with John to re-surface our pool. We were impressed with the workers and job quality. After the post re-surface program I decided to switch to A-Affordable for weekly pool cleaning/service. Daryl is the service rep. He has been here every week for the last two months. He does a very thorough cleaning and always takes the time to explain the process and any problems that need to be addressed. He has also done some minor repairs or part replacement to keep the system operating in top condition. I am extremely satisfied with Daryl's performance and I enjoy talking with him each week.

Quick response time and very reasonably priced! I was thinking that I needed a new motor but it ended up just being the capacitor. They replaced it on the spot and billed me. Awesome and definitely earned my trust!

These folks are awesome. I was amazed at how quickly Bob diagnosed the problems and got everything tuned up perfectly. Plus, for the first time in 20 years we had the right length of hose for our Polaris 280. It was amazing watching him walk around the pool with the Polaris in hand figuring out exactly the perfect length. Best it's ever worked. I definitely recommend them.

Bob with Affordable Pools was my technician that was sent to fix my pool timer. He had to rewire the whole unit and replace the booster pump. He was great and efficient and explained everything. Great service as always!

Colton was SO knowledgeable! He did a great job cleaning my DE filter. He also taught me how to correctly backwash the pool! Highly recommend!!

The technician that came to my house did a fantastic job. He arrived late in the day after a long shift and was cheerful and helpful. I was prepared for a new pump, but all it needed some some new o-rings to seal things up. Saved me a lot of money and grief. Kudos to the tech.

Good value, good work.A Affordable Pool & Spa Service Repaired my return manifold after a hard freeze. I then called them back to flush my DE filter. Both jobs were completed professionally and punctually.

My first experience with Jeff was for a pool inspection on my new home, and more recently for leak detection. He was very professional and helpful and gave me lots of insights with good explanations for all of my many questions. What was thought to be a leak in a single spa jet turned out to be multiple, so we did a full spa re-plumb and had to break into the pool deck. Marcus did the repair and was very careful taking everything apart. He kept us updated every step of the way and considered our needs. He thought outside of the box to come up with a very helpful and cost-saving suggestion for us, which Jeff worked with us to accomplish. They took great care of us, despite several challenges, and I feel they care about us and not just their bottom line.

I was having a problem with all of my pumps. Plus I had some leaking pipes. They came out right away. They gave me a fair price and did a great job. They also got it done in the same day. I was very impressed. Definitely would recommend them.

They remodeled my pool a couple years ago and I have been satisfied. Recently the automation acted up - turned out to be a bad actuator. The technician they sent was great and I was very satisfied with their work.

Bob did an amazing job fixing our pool. He moved the chlorinator and put in a check valve before we even woke up! He was super efficient, knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend this company for quality work at an affordable price!

Bob came out to repair a frayed wire leading to the heater. He quickly repaired the wire and was helpful with a couple of other questions that I had. I appreciate that A Affordable Pools staff answer my random questions, both in the store and on service calls.

4/10/2025 UPDATE: Once again, A-Affordable was very responsive, accommodating to my schedule and in out out quickly, taking care of my issue. I highly recomment A-Affordable and have been using them consistenely and loyally for years.

6/10/2024 UPDATE: A-Affordable came to the rescue once again. Bob continues to provide the most professional and knowledgeable service. He assured me my pool would be pristine by the weekend and he was right. He gives a detailed description of the work done, and how to prevent future issues like what I had. 5 Stars is not enough for them, I give them 10!

4/4/2024 Update: Still using A Affordable and am just as happy now as I was when I posted my first review below over 5 years ago. I highly recommend them for their expertise, professionalism, reliability and price. I've not met anyone as knowledgeable and helpful about pools and equipment than Bob.

2019 Review: Anyone sharing less than 5 stars for this company either has a personal issue with this company or an extremely rare unsatisfactory transaction. I have had to use this company, which came highly recommended, three times in the past 6 months. Previous to them, my husband did most of any work, however, he recently passed away and I have come to rely on A Affordable Pool and Spa Service. They had always been extremely responsive, very reliable, informative and affordable priced. I have dealt with both Bob and Greg and can't say enough great things about them. You are wasting your time and money if you use anyone else.

Bob called me a day ahead of schedule to try and squeeze our repairs in asap before the weather turned. I appreciated the promptness, he was very informative and made the repairs super easy for us! We had the freezer guard, timer and filter gauge replaced and rewired.

Kyle Croutz helped to repair/replace my manifold on my pool pump and got my pool filtration back up and running! He was very knowledgeable and friendly!

I highly recommend A-Affordable. Colton and Jeff corrected my spa leak.They started with the easy and least expensive options and worked their way up until they found the issue. Also provide excellent in store customer service and water chemistry evaluations.

I want to let everyone know how amazing this pool company is. We just bought our home couple months ago and I needed some help with my pumps for pool. Jose in the office was so helpful and treated me so with such respect and knew how nervous i was about getting pool fixed. He sent Bob to my house the next morning. Bob is a super great guy with ALOT of knowledge and experience. He was so kind a such a gentleman. He got my pump running in now time. I highly recommend this pool company and especially Jose and Bob. Thank you so much for wasn’t mind.

The winter weather damaged a few things on my pool system. A Affordable team has saved me a ton of money by replacing the damaged components and not advising me to purchase a new pump or heater. Great work so far!

I really appreciate their tech Bob's honesty and hard work! He was able to give us a great quote on our pool repairs, when other pool companies said that our pump was 'too small' for our size pool, etc. and wanted to do a bunch of repairs. He said our pump was the right size and was able to give us recommendations on other things that needed be done. He quoted us half of what the other pool company wanted. Will be their customer moving forward!!
