Very good about same day service if at all possible. Technician Ricky is extremely knowledgeable and friendly!!

If I could give them 10 stars I would. I am extremely satisfied with the service and price. The owner Matt knows what he is doing and the entire company cares about you the customer. Ricky and Adrian showed up on time, made sure I was happy and they even cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend them.

Jesus G. Was very knowledegable and professional. I tried Burkholder after an unsatisfactory experience with a previous AC company and couldnt be happier. The work was performed in a timely and professional manner and the most impressive part was his honesty when he stated that my AC system did not require any additional refrigerant (R22) to complete the repair! I will definately be recommending this company to family and friends..

Just when the heat came on this week my AC decided to quit working. I called Burkholder AC & Heating LLC and they came to the rescue. Technician Jesus G. quickly did an amazing job. He was courteous and knowledgeable and went right to it. He had the part in the truck and replaced it in no time. The price was very reasonable.

Most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. Will never use them again. Called August 9 for money. Service was July 18. Told her I was just out of hospital and would call her tomorrow. She was so rude and accused me of lying. My husband got home and said bill had already been paid. We had someone from her business calling us asking for drugs a few years ago. Needless to say, bill paid and will never use them again. Unprofessional through and through. Shocked and she’s the owner. Guessing the good reviews from friends.
