When I initially contacted Lonestar Comfort Services, I initially spoke with Ms. Rita and she is an absolute sweetheart. She sent Keith out to the house and he was very professional and very knowledgeable about the products and services. With every visit I was sent a text with the technician’s bio, name and picture.

Then on install day Richard and Roland (brothers) came to do the install. Richard and Roland were very professional and very cool. These guys were an outstanding team and worked their behinds off in the 100+ degree Texas heat. Air Conditioner units are not cheap and the Lonestar Comfort Services personnel provided my family and I with service and professionalism that makes spending this kind of money a lot easier.

There are plenty of great businesses out there, but I have to say Lonestar Comfort Services provide a level of customer service that I have not seen in a very long time. I definitely plan on being a Lonestar Comfort Services client for many years to come and I will definitely be recommending Lonestar CS to everyone I know looking for HVAC maintenance. I am so thankful I took the chance and decided to use Lonestar Comfort Services. These folks are outstanding!!!

Nelson was very professional. He checked everything and suggested some repair that would save some difficulty in the summer. The company treats us like we are part of their family. Thank you for your kindness.

Everyone at the company was so helpful along the way. Couldn't of asked for a better company to preform the replacement of my old unit. Brandon got our system running after 9 pm in an emergency situation. Worked with us on pricing so we could be in comfort that night. Even though we needed more time then we thought to gather the funds for the replacement this company still checked on us the whole time to make sure their repair was still holding up. We were blessed to have Lonestar Comfort Services come out & take care of my family's comfort. No need to look into another company to service our A/C unit ever again. Update: the company service has only gotten better. Mr. Jonas as always went through the entire system, heating & cooling, to insure their system can handle whatever weather Texas decides to throw at us at any given time. Made me even happier that his next stop is a family friend! Keep up the great work Lonestar Comfort Services!

I cannot say enough good things about level of service Lonestar Comfort Services provides. Below is an account of my second interaction with this company and both times, I have been in awe of their attention to detail.

My first point of contact at the company is Rita, who schedules the services and sets up reminder messages for the appointment. On the day of the appointment, I received a picture and background of Billy, the AC specialist, which provides a level of security for both parties. When Billy arrived, I immediately felt at ease knowing who I was meeting. When I opened the door, he was standing an appropriate distance from the door and introduced himself and waited at that distance for me to initiate contact (handshake) and invite him in. Once here, he explained his process, put on little booties to protect the floors, and started working. Once finished, he provided a full report on the findings, and a few options that I may be interested in the future (in a non-hustled manner). He also took the time to look at an issue for me in our garage area, providing a quote for that work as well as the other items previously discussed within an hour of the service.

It isn’t often that I can say a business goes above and beyond, but Lonestar Comfort Services absolutely does. I really appreciate their business model and the care provided by both Rita & Billy during every interaction. I also love supporting a local small business.

We so appreciate Brandon and his attention to detail, professionalism and enthusiasm! Rita at the office is also very kind and efficient. We loved the heads-up before Brandon's arrival and being able to see his picture and bio. We feel very happy to have found this company and look forward to continued service from them.

Brandon was very knowledgeable, he made sure I understood what needed to be done and why. He was extremely considerate of my financial concerns and helped me come to the best plan for my AC unit and my wallet. I would definitely recommend Brandon and Lonestar Comfort Services.

Branden provided excellent service, he was very thorough and explained everything as he inspected my system. He made it easy to understand and helped make my decision for repairs and upgrades very easy. Top notch service, I will never use another technician.

I had one of their repair man come today. His name is Anthony B. He was a really nice person who helped unfortunately right now do not have the money to fix it but I would highly recommend him!

In 2022 I ended up having to replace my outside a/c unit. I sought bids from 4-5 companies. Out of the four that provided bids, Lonestar gave the most additional services for the money. They went above and beyond. Two days ago when I called and told them about the blower motor going out, they quickly got me scheduled. Bill was the most precious young man. He not only did exactly what needed to be done, he listened and engaged with this older woman. He had to return to the shop to get an additional part. Got back asap and got everything back up and running and stayed to make sure it was working properly. He got here before 5 and left before 8. House was cool by midnight. This company and its employees are the epitome of service, doing what’s right, getting your house comfortable again. 100% recommend. Anytime.

The service we received was outstanding! Billy was very professional, thorough, and did a wonderful job explaining our unit and findings to us. The best part is, he wasn’t pushy in regards to the recommendations but gave very realistic timelines for them to be completed! 10/10 recommend Lonestar Comfort Services!

We were so glad to find Lonestar Comfort Services on a hot Saturday afternoon. They showed up promptly and quickly discovered the issue with our AC unit and repaired it. Very pleased with the friendly and professional customer service!!

He was very knowledgeable about our unit and provided excellent customer service. He was friendly, easy to talk to, and clearly explained the problem and what was needed to fix it. Billy was professional, courteous and did a thorough job checking out our system. Educating me on issues and options for the future of our older unit. He didn’t try and up sell us on anything we don’t need, just his honest opinion. Highly recommend Lonestar for HVAC repairs.

I had a new system installed and was very satisfied with the professionalism of the technicians. The owner, Keith Lawrence conducted a quality inspection. I was very impressed with the attention to detail which was given to the work and how they work with the customer.
