Late afternoon discovered our ac basically was blowing hot air. Our regular ac man was out of town, so we called this company. Glad we did! Within 3 hrs their tech was able to make it out and fix it right away! Thank you!!!

The service was impeccable. The office called to tell me the technicians were on the way and they sent an email with the technicians picture so i knew who to expect. The technicians were very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. They kept me informed of the process throughout the entire service call.

Not only was the technician professional, he explained what was going on with my unit, was clear with the work that needed to be done and what the cost would be. Marco Estrada came out in the midst of this crazy Texas ice storm. The electricity going on and off fried the thermostat and we didn't have any heat for several hours. He replaced the thermostat with one on hand. I appreciate hom coming out to take care of this situation for us. Thank you! Also, thanks to Leslie for returning my "prank" call this morning. I tried calling Zinzmeyer early in the morning and the phone would ring once and hang up. After several times Leslie finally returned a call to me. She set up the appointment and was down professionally. Thank you Marco, Leslie and Zinzmeyer for taking care of us during this Texas Ice Storm.

Called same day due to Nest install issues. Scheduled same day, arrived quickly. Ernest came out and installed Nest thermostat. Very professional and handled install issues. Fair price for services performed and walking me through additional info on our system.

Zinsmeyer has been our go to provider for years. They provide maintenance on our system 2 times each year and when our 20 yr old system finally gave up they came in and replaced it with a new unit at a competitive price. Jacob came out to inspect our heating unit and air ducts. He was very courteous and explained everything well. He even took pictures to give me a better understanding of the condition of the ducts in the attic. I would recommend this company for anyone needing HVAC maintenance.

Well let's face it, no one ever wants to call for an AC repair, but if you have to.... I highly recommend you call Zinsmeyer Air Conditioning & Heating. When my AC went out, I called Zinsmeyer AC&H and Leroy had one on his technicians out within an hour. After diagnosing the problem, he was able to get the unit running to get some cool air going, but the unit needed to be replaced. The next morning he called with a quote and provided me with several options, I made a decision and his team went into action. By the end of the day I had a new Air conditioner installed.
