Thanks to Shay for catching the wiring problems. If you hadn't caught these wiring issues the house could have burnt down. He even offered some suggestions for lighting that I think will be great.

Very polite and helpful! They didn't have an opening soon enough to look at my unit (it wasn't working and it's really hot). Despite that, they spent an hour on the phone troubleshooting my problem with me, and were even willing to suggest a couple other places in town for me to see if I could get serviced sooner. If I have another problem, I'll definitely check here first, again!

Plumber came out and did his job quickly and we needed more done then originally planned.

I’ve never have a bad interaction with any of the Carlisle team. Matt installed our heater and recently helped us with an AC problem. He shared his knowledge with us and very friendly.

My A/C went out at home. They were really busy but got here within 48 hours. Replaced my fan motor. Reasonable prices. The tech was really polite and professional, Lil Mike, I believe. The girls in the office were very kind too.

I have used Carlisle multiple times lately. New Heating and Air unit and plumbing at a house I just sold and installing a sump pump back up system at our new house. Guys are always professional and on time. May not be the cheapest but I have always been happy with the service.

Sorry. Google messed this up somehow. I assume that there has been a change in ownership at Carlisle, in El Dorado, KS. I'm editing this 2 years after my great experience.

Fast. Friendly. Excellent work. Got us up and running right before Thanksgiving with about an hours notice. Carlisle Heating & Air, and the technicians working in crappy weather were at the top of our list of things to be grateful for.

Being new to town, we weren’t sure who to call when we needed a contractor. Our neighbors highly recommended Carlisle, so we gave them a call. Since then, we have used Carlisle for everything from electrical work to plumbing to HVAC. They have always done an excellent job, given us a fair price, and they get us taken care of in an appropriate amount of time (right away if a plumbing emergency and scheduled promptly if anything else). I will continue to use them and recommend them! A++

I called and the lady that answered the phone was EXTREMELY RUDE!!!!!!! I needed help we didn’t know what was going on with our plumbing and she had an attitude I asked if they could come and do an estimate and she was mean.

I am very disappointed with the service provided. We had them come over and fix our heater unit after 2 minutes of "lookin" they established it needed replacement, on top of not fixing anything they bill us with the explanation that" it will be a pain to replace" not only they didn't even tried to fix it but charged us for doing practically nothing. Guess what? called another company, they actually explained what was wrong fixed the problem and still pay less than what Carlisle billed us. Be careful they will try to make you pay for an entire unit, and even volunteer to do the "job" when you don't necessarily need an entire new unit. Don't be fooled!

DO NOT use Carlisle Heating & Air if you are trying to find an affordable company! A technician came out and added (his words) “about a pound” of Freon and was gone in 15 minutes. We got billed $360.00!!! When we called them to ask why so high, a very unfriendly, rude secretary said he added 3lbs. Since there’s no way to prove it, we are stuck with a ridiculous bill and unprofessional service. We will never use them again. Should have listened to word of mouth warnings.

I would not advise anyone to use Carilse for wall furnace installation or repair. Since they installed mine they have been out a number of times for the pilot light not staying lit. This problem has never been resolved and for the last 3 visits and after $220 + charge still no heat their solution now is to charge me another
$ 200 to clean the burners, but will probably have to replace the furnace. I have used their other services and been satisfied. But now I have lost complete trust in Carlisle services. I am not sure if this is a lemon furnace, lack of knowledge or just gouging me I am done. I will take any plumbing, electrical or heating work elsewhere.
