This place has some lazy ppl . Their is no customers in the front or in the back super slower this guy sees me then puts his head down to the phone like no one is there I even said hello and nothing smh

I just spoke with the manager of the store and he failed to give me confirmation as to whether my plumber took delivery of a $1000 tankless water heater. He just says he doesn't know. I'm pretty sure it's illegal to sit on purchased materials. He even hung up on me when I started questioning his talking in circles. I was only trying to get confirmation on whether the plumber left with the water heater or not. And his response was "I don't know". There's a thing called inventory and I'm pretty they have to have an inventory system to run their business.
