House Ninjas worked on a house I am listing that was not cleaned on a regular basis. They go stains out of toliets, tubs, and cabinets. The stove and refrigerator was sparkling clean. Dale, owner, also helped me with other home products. Exceptional cleaning company for North Austin area!

Service 1 and I'm beyond pleased. Dale and his team were great, I am an essential worker and my schedule regularly changes, he was able to not only accommodate my schedule but gave me continuous updates throughout the day of service. Once the job was completed I received an update of what to expect when I got home. I must say after a 12 hour day and coming home to a top to bottom cleaned house, it couldn't have been comforting. This was my first experience with a home cleaning service and I was skeptical, now I'm thinking of increasing my frequency of scheduling.

The House Ninjas are awesome! Reasonable rates, excellent service, and online booking will keep me coming back. They are very detail-oriented. Days later, I'm still noticing things they cleaned/organized. They came on trash day, and I later noticed they had dragged my trash and recycling bins from the curb back to the side of my house as a courtesy. They went above and beyond! Highly recommend.

Dale's service has been a boon to our household. His rates are very reasonable and he does an excellent job. We're quite happy to have him come out every other week now to keep our house looking better than it has since we moved in.

We got the "Deep Cleaning" he does because our house was a train wreck. We had some minor issues with what he did that we thought should've been covered but were overlooked. When we pointed them out to him, he offered to refund the entire cost of our cleaning. We instead had him come back, and this time he got everything perfectly.

Dale of House Ninjas has been cleaning my mother's place for me for over 2 months. I was hesitant to hire ANYONE to do this because my mom is a SUPER PICKY "hospital corners" kind of cleaner. She has been in poor health as of late, so I called on House Ninjas. After the very first clean, my mom called to tell me what an amazing job they did, and has been singing their praises ever since. I recently sold my home and worked with House Ninjas for my move out cleaning. Good pricing and very easy to work with to have my cleaning scheduled. House looked great after the cleaning and a note from Dale, the owner was nice touch to cap off a great experience.

Dale is truly a house ninja. Or in our case a office ninja. His company cleans our lobby and office area at our automotive shop and always does a fantastic job and in a timely manner. He is great working around any customers that we may have sitting in the lobby and doesn't leave any dirt laying around like other cleaning companies have done in the past. I could not be more pleased with this service. The representative came to walk the property to give me a very reasonable estimate the same day I called and we set up the appointment. There was a plumbing issue and we had to reschedule (three times!!) and they very graciously worked with me. They were prompt, did excellent work, and even stayed late to make sure the work was completed correctly.
I highly, highly recommend this business!! They were a joy to work with and the ONLY completely stress free service of this move!! I am definitely telling my friends and family to utilize House Ninjas Home Services when they need cleaning services!
