Excellent service. They were willing to walk through my home and look at the washer lines as well.

Scott showed up, identified the issue quickly and was able to fix our water heater without a full replacement! The other plumber I had out told us our only solution was a full replacement and tried to sell us on a new water heater. Thank you so much Scott and ARK!

They not only went above and beyond to fix the kitchen sink clog, but they identified that the original construction of the plumbing was faulty and the reason that our dishwasher often smelled bad. They fixed that problem along with the clog and we are very very happy that we found ARK Plumbing!

Thank you Ark Plumbing for coming out on a Saturday and having Jason show up within the hour to diagnose our water heater! We scheduled a replacement service and Asa and Eli showed up to swap out our old water heater for a new one. All the staff were helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them and we will be using them in the near future to change our kitchen sink and faucet.

Scott and Joseph replaced my busted water heater and the timing couldn’t have been better. I needed to be at an event and wash my hair but to my surprise the water just wouldn’t get hot!! I was desperate after several other companies gave me quotes way out of budget and wouldn’t be able to fix the problem for a day or two but Arks pricing was very fair and they came out the same day to deal with it.

We had an emergency situation with our grinder pump and I reached out to ARK because another company was not treating the situation with urgency - ARK not only had a technician out fast, the technician was thorough in explaining everything to me and got the work done with great craftsmanship. Excellent service. I needed a water purifier installed in my kitchen. It was done in a jiffy and the young man showed me how to change the filters as well.

We were very very happy with Scott’s thorough service today. It’s a tough weekend when your water heater’s copper hose has a leak and it’s 40F or below outside and you can’t use any hot water at home. But one call to Ark Plumbing was all that was needed to solve the problem. Service was prompt and pricing very fair; Scott came in shortly after calling and he was very communicative, informative and efficient ☺️ We’re happy to have found them and will call them with any other needs in the future!
