Excellent Service. We will continue to use Proven Plumbing any time we need something fixed or installed in the way of plumbing. Chad is great. This company is very professional. Always on time and does a great job at a reasonable price. (this is the 2nd time we've used their services). I highly recommend them!

I was extremely impressed by the Proven plumbing team with their work on a main water line repair for me. It was a stressful situation with tons of water leaking- the team worked efficiently, communicated well with me in real-time, and got the issue resolved same day. Not only was the service excellent, it was the day after the holidays so I know they were short staffed. From top down, can’t recommend this local company enough.

The whole team was awesome! From the first phone call to the guys who came out - everyone was very professional, kind and helpful. The guys are very knowledgeable and prices are very competitive! So happy I found Proven plumbing!

I was really happy with our plumber Chad but unfortunately I forgot the other guy's name, maybe started with a J. They were both so kind and happy to explain everything. They were able to come the same day and got the work done quickly. Don't hesitate to call these guys!

We had problems with our brand new furnace and Hector was quick to come out on the same day. He was very professional and knowledgeable, he was able to determine the reason why our furnace wasn’t working and was honest about our system still being under warranty and recommended reaching out to the builder first, to prevent our warranty from being voided. We truly appreciate the honesty and professionalism, I would definitely be calling Proven Plumbing & Air for future jobs! Thank you Hector!

The water pressure to my house was way too high and I needed a replacement for my ancient water heater. They fixed both my problems and even identified (and addressed) some things about the old installation that needed to be brought up to code. Zero complaints 👍

Wonderful, inexpensive service. Two angle stops and a new toilet. 50% less than quoted by another company. I’ll miss the 40 year old toilet, but it was old and wax ring was breaking down.

Proven plumbing was excellent! Got a quote for a water heater replacement over the phone within minutes, and it was significantly more reasonable than every other price I’d gotten. They were able to perform same day service, their techs were very nice and professional, the overall total actually came in under the original quote. Great service, will definitely use them again!

I have used this company twice recently and have been thoroughly impressed. The first time, they replaced my leaking water heater just in time for an incoming cold front, they were incredibly responsive and got me an appointment for the very next day.
​Most recently, Zach came out to investigate a sewage smell in a closet. After checking the whole house, he honestly suggested we wait and see if it was just a dry p-trap in an unused tub rather than charging for unnecessary repairs. They are prompt, honest, and very easy to communicate with over the phone and text. Highly recommend!

This past week we were having issues with our water heater. The Proven team diagnosed the issue within the hour and determined the broken part was covered under our warranty. We had hot water by noon.

I have had a few things repaired by Proven Plumbing. Tim my now regular plumber is always great. He's professional and courteous. I know if if call I will receive great service and at reasonable price.

Got a water heater quote over the phone (I already knew what I needed), Proven came in 30% under other reputable providers, even with the exact same equipment. Scheduled a quick replacement on a Saturday, handled the work professionally and on time, charged exactly what they quoted. Couldn’t be happier

Had a great experience with this company. The technician Phillip Z was punctual, professional, and took the time to properly diagnose an intermittent issue with my AC/thermostat.

He identified the root cause quickly (a loose furnace panel affecting a safety switch), explained it clearly, and fixed it without trying to upsell any unnecessary services or parts.

I called to have a new toilet installed. I had some extra instructions about grout and what not. Tim was on time, came in did the job plus what I asked him to. He was very efficient, and neat. Everything was left in great condition and now with a new toilet.

Our attic water heater burst at 7:30pm, and they were available to take our call and got us in at 8am the very next morning. Efren and Danny showed up right on time and gave us several very reasonably priced repair options (including optional fail-safes to make sure this wouldn't catch us off guard next time). They had the water heater replaced and everything cleaned up in just a few hours, and the installation was tidy and professional. They were super polite, friendly, and clearly explained all the necessary maintenance. 100% recommend this company.
