Huge thank you to Justin for his plumbing services , he was quick & professional . I contacted Justin for a leak I was having at my property and he knew exactly what he was doing and handled it before any major damages were done , highly recommended!!!

Justin was awesome! Very knowledgeable, professional and got the job done right and in a timely fashion. For a last minute plumbing emergency I would choose Roto Rooter again.

This company is fantastic! We had a plumbing issue and they came out to help within 2 hours. Grant was a true professional! He was knowledgeable, courteous, and got it handled in a timely manner. On top of that, the area was clean as if nothing happened. I truly appreciate this type of service and would highly recommend.

Patrick is amazing!!! I literally could not wait to write a review, he was quick, professional and worked so very hard to fix our restaurant’s major plumbing issue today. Could not be more pleased with our whole experience! He thoughtfully walked us through the entire process and helped us understand the plumbing issues better, and he fixed it when no one else could! 11/10!

Couldn’t be happier with service provided by Barry. Extremely quick appointment and timely arrival on schedule with notifications. Complete drain line cleared ( p-trap was not problem) and cleaned from kitchen sink to main exit line with good coaching on maintaining health of plumbing.
Would not hesitate to call RR again and request Barry.

These guys are terrific. Years ago Mark fixed a bathroom sink that two other plumbers just could not do. So when we had an overflow this time I called them immediately. They got the job done and worked with me on a price. I appreciate Barry, Mark, Pete and the team.

Finished up dinner & started the dishes. Figured out pretty quickly that we had a drain issue. Water was pooling & even with the disposal going, nothing was going anywhere. Jason & the Roto-Rooter team came out & fixed it before bedtime. No mess left behind. Highly recommended!

I made my appointment online which was very simple. And my service technician arrived promptly. Grant was very nice and explained everything before he started. He also educated me on how to avoid this same problem in the future. I highly recommend Roto Rooter and Grant.

Bradley quickly fixed our leaking outdoor faucet. He was efficient and got the job done without any issues. Plus, he was very friendly, making the whole experience smooth and hassle-free.

Barry was a joy to work with. He was kind, helpful, smiling all the time while working by himself that day and making sure that everything was taken care of perfectly. Grant was very prompt; exceptionally professional and thorough. He was careful to listen to my description of the issue and asked appropriate questions to assess the best method to resolve the issue. He was also focused and quick in his work to resolve the issue. He also examined and made a recommendation for further work which he assure me your company could perform. A-1 employee! You all wi.probably be my go-to company going forward

Excellent service. Fast and efficient. Brad gave us a free estimate up front and also gave us a seniors discount. I had the him replace two valves under my bathroom sink and the procedure took less than a hour. He replaced everything including connecting hoses to the faucet. Highly recommended.

Justin came out to a late call to help with a tenant’s plumbing issue. He was able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly and efficiently. The team at Roto-Rooter has been my go-to for plumbing services for over a year now and they always provide great service.

Barry was amazing! He fixed our shower drain, which had been clogged for weeks, in no time. He also tackled an issue with our toilet bidet that no one else could figure out. Barry was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend his services to anyone needing a reliable plumber!

Justin was awesome. They came out at 12pm, explained things thoroughly and fixed our plumbing issue quickly. They didn’t overcharge for after hours care either. Definitely will use them again

Justin was very helpful in getting my main outside drain unclogged (nothing would drain out of the house) in a same day appointment. He didn't have a camera but arranged for a camera tech to come out the next day to see what caused the blockage and we found a plastic saucer wedged in the drain pipe. We were able to knock it out and now I'm confident we won't have another main-line clog again.

Tech came Christmas Eve. Did a fantastic job, Very thorough. Couldn't have been happier.

Grant, Auden and Jude did a fantastic job fixing our urgent plumbing issue. They came out the same day, gave a very competitive quote and left me with the peace of mind I needed. They were so kind and professional and communication was clear and open. Will definitely call them again if needed!

First rate. The woman on the phone couldn't have been nicer and called regularly to keep me apprised of when they would arrive for sewer line jet clean. Mark was the tech, and he was very pleasant and competent and got right to work. The family didn't even know he was here. Mark took care of a pretty major clean out (90 feet) without any hassle or even noise. First rate operation, everyone with whom I interacted was great, I will not use anyone else. Cost was very reasonable. Strongly recommend!
