Responded promptly to my call even though it was a holiday weekend. James was very informative as to what they would do. He assessed the damage, gave me an approximate cost number, left fans in 3 apartments and arrived promptly at the time he said he would the next day. The problems were very well resolved within a couple of hours.

I had Andrew come and clean my travertine shower. It had a lot of mold that had made it's way behind the stone and he cleaned it spic and span. Walls and pebble floor looked great! Would definitely recommend them 👍👍

I highly recommend Big Guys. I used Big Guys to clean up and rebuild after a water leak. The workmen were courteous, showed up when they were supposed to, and did a professional job. The office staff worked hard to make sure I got the maximum reimbursement from my insurance company.

We had a flood in our downstairs bathroom on Christmas Eve and we called big guys to help. They arrived with in an hour and saved our Christmas. They cleaned up the water, dried and replaced the damaged areas very quickly and very professionally. Thank y’all so much for coming out and helping us during the holidays!!

We needed caulking around bathtub and tile. We were really impressed with the knowledge and experience of the supervisor as she evaluated the job and directed the crew on how to proceed. The workers did great work and we were well satisfied with the finished product.

Note - this review is for Steam Doc, a sister business. Owners and the guys that came to our house were all super professional and responsive. They explained what each step was, gave us time estimates, warned us when pets needed to be kept safe from chemicals, and were very COVID safe. Masks always, from start to finish, and touch less invoice.

Ivan and Roy just completed a few items on our house through Lennar. They went above and beyond to get the jobs done well and explain to me how they fixed the items that needed repair, i.e. the stair rods, towel rod hanger in the bathroom, and finalizing work on our upstairs balcony. I really appreciate their attention to detail and their kind attitude. It was a pleasure working with them.

Big Guys Restoration to the rescue. Along with many others across the city, Feb '21, the winter storm in Austin caused my tankless hot water heater to burst sending water pouring down the wall of my garage.

I immediately called Big Guys Restoration...and even though they were swamped with emergency calls, they still came by to assess the damage in my garage and helped me develop a plan.

While I had already cut into the wall to begin the drying process, Big Guys restoration performed moisture tests and recommended the other spots that needed to be checked, dried and repaired.

I very much appreciated Big Guy's Restoration service. My garage damage was not as urgent as others in the city, but Big Guys still gave me first class attention, worked me into their schedule, and gave my family peace of mind.
