The price for a same day call out was great! Mike had my dryer working and was all wrapped up in under an hour. 100% would call again.

We had a small but persistent leak under our dishwasher. I tried everything I could think of to get it to stop, but nothing worked. I called Smartway and Mike came out the next day. He diagnosed the problem in about ten minutes and had us fixed up in about an hour. He explained everything he was doing along the way and was very nice the whole time. I hope we don’t have any more appliance problems any time soon. If we do, though, I’m definitely using Smartway again and I hope I get Mike!

When my upstairs A/C stopped working, I called another company who filled my refrigerant and told me I needed a part that would cost $4,200. I wasn’t ready to spend that much without a second opinion, and I’m so glad I didn’t.

I called around and Eugene from Smartway Heating & Cooling came out. He quickly diagnosed the problem and told me it wasn’t the part the other company claimed. Instead, he replaced the compressor right there on the spot for $200. It fixed the issue immediately and saved me a fortune.

Eugene even followed up the next day to make sure everything was still running smoothly. He was friendly, professional, and got the job done without trying to hustle me into unnecessary repairs.

On top of that, his company also does appliance repair—so not only did I find my go-to A/C guy, I know exactly who to call if I ever need help with appliances too. Highly recommend!

Alex came in and within 10-15 minutes had diagnosed the problems with out clothes drier. It was fun to watch him dismantle the drier, fix it, and then reassemble it.

Right from their customer service receptionist who was very pleasant and friendly to the awesome technician who took his time to disassembled the washer, discovered that some parts where missing from a previous technician and had to order the missing parts, was on time to fix the washer and now working like new. I’ll definitely recommend the company for free to handle your washer and any other issue. Austino
