Guys are here on the day of service unless it is pouring rain ((they will come back next day). They do a great job cutting and are very nice, once I was cleaning my garage and they helped lift and move all the heavy items., if you ever do have to call office , ask for Nancy she is so helpful and professional. I been with this company for 20 years.

The Ecnocuts crew that did lawn service at my home this Saturday did an excellent job. They were professional and respectful as well. I will definitely use Econocuts for futiure lawn service needs!

I called and setup service with Econocuts and they did a FANTASTIC job! My yard looks wonderful and they even weeded my flower beds! They came kind of late but I'm absolutely satisfied with this first visit and if the continue this level of service, I'll keep them coming out for good! Thanks Econocuts! You're a lifesaver!

We've used them for almost a decade. They're great! Having a clean, trim yard has not been something I've even needed to think about during the entire time. They just get it done quickly and professionally. Highly recommended.

Econocuts cut our yard (a 1/2 acre lot with a ditch) for the 9 years we lived in Houston at a price well below competitors and never asked for a price increase. They always did a good job. More importantly, I have to give them a shout out for being a company that does the right thing.

I found a hole in my window that looked like a rock got popped up while they were mowing and broke the window. However, the house was unoccupied and the service day was a few days before. Bottom line, I couldn't prove it was them and if they denied it I'd have to pay out of pocket to replace the window. They sent out a very nice supervisor who completely owned it, apologized for the crew not seeing it (it was a small hole - I wouldn't have expected them to) and arranged to have the window replaced at their cost. The work was done in a timely manner through a window company and was very professionally handled.

When a company does the right thing even when they could get out of it
and save some money that speaks volumes to me. They've earned my loyalty and recommendation to others.

Awesome service. They have to deal with my back yard after kids play all week and my grass is cut consistantly on time. Quick service too.

It's not worth the savings in $ at all. These people didn't cut our backyard the first time they came so I told them they owed us a backyard cut at the end of our month's contract with them...which they did do but they charged us for it! Also they cut down a few plants/bushes that I specifically asked them to be careful with, thankfully they came back and replanted a couple ornamental grasses but it's not the same as what they cut down. Finally they left our gate open and our dog got out! I told them I didn't want to use them the next month but they charged me anyways, I told them I needed a refund and they only gave me a partial refund! I had to chase them around for days asking for a full refund which they finally gave me. What a waste of my time and money! Do not hire them.

Was looking so forward to a great experience with Econocuts. But our lawn never looked finished. The grass would be cut, but that is all. Yesterday, our yard was cut after a heavy rain and there was mud where there was no grass where the lawn mower made ruts everywhere. There was no bagging up the leaves or grass cuttings. I had to go down the street and had them come back three times where they were too lazy to do the job. Grown men should not have to be supervised. When I called in I was told they would pass the information along. We ended up cancelling the service if that is the best they can offer.
Very disappointed. Very sloppy work.

Unfortunately, they do not use push mowers for low parts of the yard and leave ruts; I've asked that they raise the blade but nothing is done.
The workers do not assess the yards to see if they need cutting and they go from yard to yard and we now have brown spots from other yards that were diseased. If you want cheap - they are; if you want quality, look elsewhere as the communication is not good.

Bad service they steal your weekly payment.

Several times econocuts failed to show up on saturday for our scheduled mowing, sometimes they show up on sunday, monday or not at all. Their billing department is a nightmare to deal with especially after they mark your home as mowed when they have never come out.

They left several patches in the middle of the yard, dig ruts with their big riding lawn mowers and consistently failed to edge against fences.

After dealing with their inability to cut all of the grass in a rectangle yard, their inability to weed eat near fences, and their inability to show up on their scheduled days led us to cancel our contract with Econocuts.

Funnily enough, after fighting to cancel over the phone, their idiots still came to mow on sunday after our grass had JUST been mowed by our new company...they literally cut nothing...shows their intelligence.

Stay clear of Econocuts. I hired them on a weekly basis and after the first cut fired them. They literally butchered my front and backyard. I am still wondering how a "professional" lawn service that has been around for 30 years could make leave my yard looking like it does. My 7 year old daughter could do better.

Update: After calling and cancelling my service because they killed part of my yard, these geniuses showed up again at my house. I gave them clear instructions they are not to ever touch my yard again. Unfortunately I did not get to stop them as I am on vacation. This company is run by people that are incompetent at best.

These guys just came to my house and just trimmed the edges and then tried to come in my back yard ( I have three dogs and had already clarified with their boss that they where only to do the front) they tried 2 times and I told them no each time but it seems none of them spoke English or understood me so when they opened my gate I yelled at them to not come in the back and they just packed up and left without even mowing. I'm canceling but I'm sure I won't get my money back for the money paid in advance.
Please people go right ahead and call if you want to get your money stolen.
