I am not sure whether to trust how the technician was charging to clean the dryer vent. When I called the first time I was giving a different price and when the tech came out, he started telling the price is going to cost to clean the dryer plus the pipe that dryer hose is connected too…it all sounded sketchy…and when I asked for a receipt, he said Zelle was the form of receipt. And when I called the company to ask if they even give out a copy of receipt well the first lady that answer couldn’t answer the question and then hung up on me. Then when I called again she put me on hold and got the owner of the company. It was another lady, she said she was going to contact the tech and then call me back. Well she never called me back with an answer. So will I contact call them back for business, the answer is no!! Transparency and communication is important when running a business.
