Rick's Plumbing was amazing! Every plumber in Texas is likely busy, with a waiting list, due to our fantastic weather last week. We called on Thursday after discovering water spraying out of a broken pipe under the kitchen sink and were able to get on the waiting list for service. Sunday they called to let us know that we were on the schedule for Monday and that they would let us know when the technicians were on the way. That is exactly what happened on Monday. Ernie and Joeseff arrived and were up front about everything they were going to do and the cost of any potential repairs. They were personable, informative, and efficient when finding our exact issue and resolving it quickly. Ernie and Joeseff did a great job and we recommend others to use Rick's Plumbing Services when you need a professional, personable, and knowledgeable plumber! Thanks so much!

I had Randy & Tye come and do some work on my lake house, changing out all our water lines and moving toilet and shower in two different bathrooms. They did a great job. Kind, courteous, and professional.
And Serena and the others in the office were very kind and professional as well. We all hope we won't "get taken" by a service company, and I am happy to say they did a great job! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Martin came in with such a calm and positive attitude. The task in hand is not the usual on the schedule but he did not shy away from the challenge. He observed very well what needed to be done and made it happen. I had a cracked piece of PVC pipe that came out from the pool filter which in turn attaches back to the pool. Because of Martin my grand babies will be enjoying the pool this weekend… Thank you Ricks Plumbing & Martin for not turning my call away and coming out to save us from the Summer Heat.!

We had a slab leak, Angel was dispatched to us. We can’t say enough good things about the young man. We have been patrons of Ricks since 2014, always good people show up. Angel was great! His work was beautiful, well done, informative. We added some additional things we wanted addressed…. No problem … Done! Scheduling can be an issue a little bit but these days and times… no problem. Thanks folks!

After calling every Plumber in town only to be told that they would have to put me on a list (there was a bad ice storm with very low temps) all the Plumbers were working on other peoples problems. So...I planed on having to wait at least 2-3 days without water before I could get the burst pipe fixed. At noon there was a knock at the door and it was Ricks Plumbing Services. The tech was a young man named Mark. He said he had finished the call he was on early, so he came by here to see if he could fix the problem, Bear in mind that this was a Sunday afternoon! Anyway after struggling with the problem for a while he got it repaired right. He then noticed that the kitchen facet was leaking (it was an off brand manufacturer that you couldn't get parts for). He went and picked up a name brand facet for me and got it installed. Then he discovered that the drain system was leaking. So he repaired that too. All the while he was very personable, courteous, honest and knew what he was doing. I can not speak highly enough about him.
I would highly recommend Ricks Plumbing to any one that needs an installation and/or repair!

Ernesto and Joey came by within an hour of calling about our shower pipe flooding. They were super knowledgeable and thorough with the work and did an amazing job on fixing the pipe. They stayed an additional 15 minutes to fix another issue with our kitchen faucet too! Great guys and great service!

Excellent experience in using Rick's Plumbing Service to convert my wood burning fireplace to gas. They were very knowledgeable in how to run the gas line from my tank into the fireplace and setting up the logs. They were professional, courteous and respectful of my home. I highly recommend using Rick's for any plumbing needs.

Martin did an awesome job! Our old toilets needed to be replaced and he was working around my timeline. This is the second repair we’ve had from Rick’s in the last year.

Ernie and Angel both went above and beyond, taking the time to explain their recommendations, show pictures of different steps of their work and even recommended products for maintenance (which they don't sell). Will call again!

Anyone who lives in the country knows how important it is to know a good reliable plumber. Fortunately, I have Rick's Plumbing here in Glen Rose. They have been coming to my rescue for years. Their techs are always friendly and efficient. They have enough staff to come out, even the same day if you need them. I hate plumbing problems but at least I don't panic knowing that they are there.

Cody was the service tech that replaced our laundry room faucet.
He was knowledgeable and efficient at his job, very professional attitude yet friendly and polite. Would definitely recommend!

Two of Rick’s Plumbing employee removed two water heater tanks from my attic and installed a new tankless water heating system. Randy and Ty were very courteous, professional, and friendly. They explained everything they were doing thoroughly, completed the work quickly , and did a thorough clean up when done. Strongly recommend this plumbing company.

I had Ernie from ricks out today to fix a broken water line. He was knowledgeable and professional and got the job done quick. And I know this is a busy time of year for any plumbing service and I know it don’t always work out where you get someone out same day. But Rick’s he always been able to get someone to me same day. And I appreciate that.

Ernie came out in a pinch and helped us get to the bottom of a toilet issue. He was very kind, efficient, and knew exactly what was needed to get the job done quickly. Definitely will be using Rick’s plumbing again for future plumbing needs.

Ricks Plumbing never lets me down whether it's a plumbing emergency or a whole home replumb. I highly recommend them to anyone. They are professional and very competitively priced.

Called Rick's plumbing services and they came out the same day to give me an estimate. The pricing was so reasonable I asked Daniel if he could do the work right now, he said yes and got right to work. I had 5 plumbing issues that he knocked out in a couple hours. Daniel is so polite and friendly I will never use anyone else.

Outstanding service, great plumbers. Noah and Justin came out on time and did an excellent job assessing the plumbing conditions for a house inspection.

I called Rick’s Plumbing after having plumbing work done by another company that offered absolutely no resolution. The house had backed up and was overflowing. Danny was sent to my house and had everything up and running in no time. Of course this is after the previous company (Atomic Plumbing) coming in and leaving me out of 600$ and still no function at all in my house and telling me it would cost thousands to fix. I can’t express how much I appreciate Danny’s honesty and hard work. Not to mention they charged me 2 times less than what I had paid the first time. My whole experience with Rick’s Plumbing was amazing. From the morning I picked up the phone and spoke to the receptionist ( btw you’re awesome)! To the minute Danny pulled up to my driveway. Thanks guys!

Ernie did a great job fixing my toilet problem and helped me diagnose a septic system problem. I have never been disappointed with Rick’s Plumbing service. Came out on a Saturday before Easter which was a great relief.because plumbing issues always happen on the weekends when family is visiting😂
